The heated pool was great. The garden and grounds were kept very neat and tidy. The DVD player was a real plus, we took our own discs to watch. We also took our wii which we easily hooked up to the TV. We also took extension cord and powerboard. There are ample power points however it was handy having them with the kids needing to charge their multiple devices lol. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were appreciated. We didn't use them but there are multiple bbqs and seating in the grounds and a great looking outdoor play area, with real trampolines. There is also a playground just across the road near the beach with swings and a flying fox. There is a footy field across a different road if you want to kick a ball around.
Most of the windows in our upstairs apartment only opened about 20cm (for safety) and the curtain blocks the opening. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan or pedestal fan the lounge area, there is a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the lounge which we set to "fan" just to circulate the air. There is a fly screen on the sliding glass door however it wasn't a "security flyscreen door" and didn't even have a small latch to prevent it from being opened. Something to keep in mind if you have toddlers who like to open doors. Being by the beach it would have been nice to take advantage of the ocean breeze at night and listen to the crashing waves a bit more. Having said that it was a fantastic place to stay 🤩 PS just to make it clear, the glass sliding door itself is very secure and locks...its just the flyscreen that doesn't.. for those that like to let the breeze in whilst sleeping 😉

Very comfortable, welcoming apartment. There is everything we needed for stay. Close to beach. Communication, check in/out was very fast. Extremely friendly and helpful people.

Excellent location near beach, the 2 bed apartment was great value for money and the staff were incredibly helpful.

A very well maintained property that was located opposite the beach. The room was spacious and very clean.
The 2 pools were well kept and easily accessed. Parking was located close to our room making the transfer of our liuggage easy.
Lovely outdoor balcony attached to the room which made an excellent spot for drinks and nibbles when we were relaxing.

It’s very well cared for, comfortable and had a refresh. Our apartment was spacious, the pool was very warm and it was so easy to go to the beach. the trampolines and playground were also a positive!
I had read about other people’s complaints about making up their single beds, so knew I had to do this and got on that as soon as we arrived!!!
Everyone seemed to be respectful of the property guidelines, so we had a very lovely break.
If I had to pick something - it’s very minor but some larger glasses to drink from! Otherwise it was all great.

Great position for walking,swimming and relaxing. Nice verandah areas with privacy. Plan to visit longer next time.

after hours you could not contact anyone! on Sunday morning I had a big water leak in kitchen from Fridge or dish washer and could not ring anyone so was walking around trying to find a worker
