Great quiet location. Beautiful clean pool and huge beach.
Horrible pillows and dirty carpets. Water pressure was a struggle.

Location was perfect w easy access to the beautiful beach and within close driving distance to grocery store.
A little dog-eared and outdated.

Location was great! Condo needs updated. The king size mattress was horrible. We had to sleep in guest room. TV in living room needs adjustments, speakers made it difficult to hear.

The laundry and having to pay a parking fee wasn’t right . The condo was nice but needs some up grades . the living tv you couldn’t even hear it and it needs to some dish towels the second room needs a tv

it was directly on the beach. The beach was beautiful. Being able to come up from the sand and hop into the pool was lovely. The room was tidy and had soft towels and travel toiletries available. Kitchen had many necessary items.
The laundry is coin operated. I wish they would install a card swipe system since I went to exchange bills for coin in the office and was told to go to Winn Dixie. Not very convenient. I don’t mind paying for laundry but updating the system would be nice. Also, taking American Express would be a great way to get with the times. They would also only give one parking pass for the Holliday, and made us pay cash for it. Which again, taking card would be helpful in that situation. Would be wonderful to have a deck walk out to the beach as well. The beach is so close it’s wonderful, but sandy hills are a little frustrating when carrying small children and bags.

there was never hot water, it needed sprayed for bugs and a tv needs to be added to the second bedroom.

I loved the location, a short walk to the beach and a short ride to downtown. Everything was available inside the condo which made life easy.
The master bedroom bed was very comfortable with a foam pad, but the mattress itself should be replaced. You can tell that majority of people do not sleep side by side as there were indents on each side of the bed, which caused some uncomfortable sleeping.

We cooked breakfast a couple of days, and went to a little diner down the road the last day, Redfrogs and Mctoads. It was delicious.

Clean. Short walk to the beach and a nice big pool. Good for families.
Our particular condo had a lot of fragile decor that could be accidentally broken by little hands. As a mom, it made me nervous. Other than that, we have no complaints!

The location is excellent! View of the beach was great from the balcony, chairs and table on balcony was a nice touch! The pool was amazing, never too cold or too hot! The walk to the beach is a short and easy one. We appreciate the amount of bath towels and beach towels that were available for us. Also made use of the kitchen and utensils, we had everything we needed for meals and cooking!
The mattress in the king size room is in need of an update, its uncomfortable. Also, the sheets on that bed are very scratchy, need to replace those. Downstairs shower has no water pressure, takes a very long time to even rinse off in that bathroom. Also, did not expect to have to buy parking passes for $15. I had the understanding that parking was included in rental fees.

Great for family with kids! And easy to get to the beach. Liked that there was a sand trail to the beach instead of board walk with stairs
