The apartments are at a very good location.
I had a question for the hosts and it was promptly answered.
The toilett doesn't have a window. So it was not easy to clear the air inside.

- Very friendly and helpful cleaner who met us and helped us throughout.
- General space, cleanness and view from the place.
- Some door hinges needed grease, especially the bathroom which made a very loud noise.
- Soap hadn't been refilled in the bathroom.
- No sponge in the kitchen to wash dishes/clean. If this was in purpose, just explain it somewhere.
- Internet connection dropping, would not connect, just not working well. Internet becomes vital to stream Netflix etc. on kids’ tablets for some piece and quiet.

The view was amazing. The flat was lovely cosy warm everything you needed in the flat. Great cooking facilities all dishes you needed from casserole to pots and pans. Milk tea 🍵 sugat and coffee ☕ and teacakes lovely gesture they were lovely .you wont be disappointed with this little bit of magic in oban. Wee will be back X

Location and views were excellent. We had Flat 2 on second floor.
It was immediately above a resturant but absolutely no sign of this once in the flat.
We were greeted with a warm welcome and the flat was clean, comfortable and really well equipped with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils a hairdryer and iron too which was helpful.
We managed to get a parking space outside it was relatively inexpensive up until 6pm when it was free overnight.
Slight downside was the noise level late at night/early hours but it wouldn't put me off staying again.

The location couldn’t have been better. Being on the third floor allowed for a great view of the harbor. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee and tea cakes. There was ample room in the front room and the furniture was comfortable. The bedrooms were in the back so there was no noise. The beds were comfortable.
The only downside was what was referred to as “Scottish plumbing”. The toilet didn’t flush well. But we managed. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in the tub/shower.

The location was right in the middle of the town. The views were amazing from our rooms and there was no smell from the bottom restaurants either. Very easy access to town. Perfect for those not wanting to walk far. Getting to the property was also easy as there was a guidebook with all information needed on it. The apartment had a lift too!
The cleaning had to be done by ourselves, which made the whole experience less of a holiday. There was no parking outside and the closest affordable one was 10mins walk away with £6 per day extra. Something to thing about when booking. Light above bathroom basin did not work, light in hallway did not work. Sofa bed had to be done up ourselves, and bins to clear out ourselves. On top of that, to strip the beds as well as sort them into bags. Really changes the feel of a holiday...

clear initial communication, easily accessed property, lovely view, good indian restaurant downstairs!
we had to change rooms from day one to day two. This was awkward, cleaners were not aware, but it worked in the end.

Excellent location, really is central to Oban town centre, fantastic view across the harbour, and the property was spotlessly clean. Great communication with the host , only to willing to help you were he can. I look forward to booking this property again, and would recommend this property to travellers who want all round value for money

Parking could have been better, but its a main street location, and there is parking nearby. So cannot note this as a complaint because the property location out-weighs everything else.

Great views of the harbour and great location.
Lots of niggly problems with doors, taps etc that should have been easy to sort out if the owner was on it. Very smelly lift due to the Indian restaurant on the first floor.

Great location in the centre of Oban with a view of the harbour. Well equipped bright kitchen.
The building entrance was a bit off-putting as there was an unpleasant smell in the lift but no problem in the flat. Some maintenance work is needed in the flat. The toilet paper holder was nearly falling off the wall and one of the upper cupboards was hanging loose on its hinge. On the whole we were happy with the flat.

the location could not have been better! Perfect view and location to town. very clean with easy check in.
The laundry facilities were not available. We picked this place to stay in the middle of our 2 week trip based on the fact that it advertised laundry facilities which were unavailable due to Covid. onward we go with dirty clothes

it didn’t specify that the washer/dryer wasn’t in the apartment. there were two washers and two dryers. one washer and one dryer were broken and housekeeping left for the day and left a full load of towels in the washer. I know this because I was doing laundry from 2200-2400. the mattresses were soft and lumpy.

Great atmosphere - like a cosy home - good position. We always rate a place if there is a tea pot and a biscuit! Thoughtful hosts.

Location and view. We met the housekeeping lady and she was incredibly nice and helpful.
The apartment itself is actually really run down. The kitchen is falling apart, the living room furniture is large and uncomfortable, the dining table is close to falling apart and dangerous and one of the beds had a piece of wooden board under it to stop it dipping. Incredible they can charge what they are and then giving you a room in this condition. The fans from the Indian underneath go until 11pm and the piping that runs next to the bedroom screams if anyone turns on a tap. It's rundown and needs a complete revamp.
