Very friendly staff and very accommodating.
Beautiful location and Gardens. Love all the birds around the property. I think the agricultural tours around the property are a great way for people to experience nature and a farm.

The beds are comfortable, the staff is amazingly ready to help!
There was not fresh water or any other drink available, I think they should have a refrigerator with cold drinks for the customers to buy upon arrival .

Pet droppings (of course smell also) on green spaces both near (even at) pool and restaurant, its a shame because this hotel used to be rated high scores by its cleanness. On booking they stated pets are not allowed wich is contrary to the real situation

It was a wonderful stay. Very confortable rooms and friendly staff. They really try hard to ensure you are happy at all times. The place is beautiful and really well kept. Great place to stay with family. The breakfast included was also fantastic.
