The pool, the lobby, the bar, the staff

Old, ruined and broken furniture abd bathroom.In 5 days 2x no warm water and 1x water leak.

The Staff are very nice and the pool is great. The location is good.

I think the rooms are just a little dated, some renovation is needed.

Clean Room Accommodating staff,

The room was not so clean. very old type of room. no remotes for tv and air conditioner. the whole set up of the room is horrible. the curtains are very thin and if you want to sleep more the sunlight will not allow you to. one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

there are a few small cockroaches and the CR door is broken... 😐

Clean Room, Comfortable stay will definitely come back next time, Value for money with friendly staff

Pool, Bar, Restaurant and staff are great

The bar and cocktails drinks. The bartender made us a special drinks that we prefer

The samgyupsal. too fat meat and limited side dishes. Not worth the price.

The location

Incomplete facilities. The Facilities stated such as refrigerator, hair dryer, sitting are and others are not in the room. The water from the bathroom is leaking to the opposite wall which is on the side of the bed!

Accommodating staff!

The property needs major upkeep and there were bed bugs :(

Strong water pressure on the shower

Booked through booking. Com. Room small , TV sound blurred. Hotel rate posted front desk 1600PHP for walk in. Agoda .com rate 932PHP for same room same days . Was charged 2600PHP per day OYO booking. Checked out after two days. Complained to hotel management told deal with OYO booking. Six weeks later no refund for remaining days canceled for 3 times over charge for same room. OYO booking.com suggest no one ever uses.
