Location is great, spacious clean modern rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

I really liked the kitchenette it was very useful
The room heater didn’t turn off so the room was so hot

The heating. There was plenty of it. The beds were super comfortable as well

Great location, we were able to walk almost everywhere. Close to lots of food options, even on public holidays. The room was super clean, bathroom was immaculate and the shower in particular was excellent. Our room was warm and the bed comfy. Lots of utensils and stuff in the kitchenette too if you need them.

Location was brilliant and closed to everything(Garden, University, Octagon, theatres, supermarkets, etc). Our room was serviced and cleaned everyday for the 2 weeks that we were there, and the owners are so kind and welcoming. Cannot fault anything. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will book again next time we come down from AKL. Thanks again!

Awesome location, spotless, well maintained, modern, every ammenity we needed, lovely staff, cafe next door and flowering cherry trees to boot!

great location, just a couple mins walk into the heart of the city where all the restaurants and cafes are. Amazing service. Definitely would stay again.
