Location, comfort, modern and staff fantastic

Nothing! Perfect stay.

We loved everything about this stay! We visited for our honeymoon and were welcomed with a bottle of wine and an offer for a room upgrade, which they'd held open for us following a cancellation. The location was perfect, a short walk from the train station and away from the noise of the street. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was great, that's not very common in other hotels here. Marco was a very friendly face at the register and gave us loads of tips for where to go and what to see. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location was perfect. I was looking for a hotel that was near the sea and the train station. The Cinque Terre towns are very hilly, steep sometimes, and I didn't want to have to carry my suitcase up a hill or stairs. It rained during my stay so this was even more important. It was also close to the train station, about two blocks, so it was very easy to roll out our suitcases on a flat surface when we arrived and left by train. I was lucky to find a room here because everything was fully booked in September. Marco at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He gave us tons of tips that helped us organize our itinerary to see the 5 towns and at the end of the day, the sunset in Riomaggiore which was fantastic. The place was clean and our room very spacious, with a very nice balcony/terrace that looked into the sea. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the balcony.

Great Location near the beach. Several places to choose from for breakfast. Room was very spacious and the bedding was comfortable.

AC was adequate but could have been better.

The staff was excellent. In particular, Marco did a fabulous job of answering our many questions, giving some excellent suggestions on hikes, stores and restaurants. He even was able to make us some dinner reservations. He truly helped make our stay in Monterosso an incredible experience.

We found the beds/pillows okay. We often brought a bottle of wine back to the room but had to seek out staff at the desk to open it. Having a bottle opener in the room would be nice.

The place was great! It was all ground level so no issues with carrying our bag to the room. It is in the new area, but old town is only a 10 minute walk and the train is only 5 minutes. The rooms were comfy and it had a large balcony . Marco showed us around when we first arrived, gave us a map of the area and included options for breaky , lunch and dinner. Overall would recommend

It didn’t have parking, but there was a private park right next door. They recommended it to us and I booked it b Via email, so no issues really!

We loved lots of things about the property. Marco met us when we arrived, and he was brilliant. Great restaurants and food suggestions. It was always easy to contact someone from the hotel if they weren't on site. The location is brilliant. 100 meters to the main beach 300 meters to the train station with a mainly flat walk. Easy walk to the old town and ferries. Fridge in the room. Supermarket and laundromat 50 meters away. Great large balcony with a retractable automated sunshade. The room was clean and spacious with a modern clean bathroom. The whole hotel was clean in good condition. We will stay here again.

Marco was the consummate host. Practically our own personal guide giving tips on hikes, dining, and insights to the cities. Room was excellent, close to the beach and quiet.

Receptionist Marco was super helpful and went beyond his duties to suggest things do do and see in the area. Eduardo was also very friendly. They went out of their way to adapt to our schedule for the check-in.

Marco the host was awesome. We stayed at two different locations and this was the best by far. Great location and good view. Will be back.

Everything perfect, rooms are being cleaned every day, extra beach towels, AC works very well.

Nicely decorated and spacious rooms at a great location. The terrace is a big plus. The staff was also very polite and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and extremely friendly and helpful staff! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for a stay in one of the Cinque Terre towns! Perfect location and easy access to the other towns by train.

Easy walk from train station. Loved the location near the beach in New Town. The terrace was a great place to eat or just hang out and relax. Staff were super helpful.
