Room size was very good.

For half an hour I couldn't find reception, this was after dark. Needs illuminated signs. No coat hangers in the cupboards No dishcloths in the kitchen

there were many many stairs to get to the unit which I found hard to manage with luggage and it would have been good to know. I’ll ask next time

very stylish, good sized room and good location with nice staff.

unfortunately the good was tempered with smelly Mould in the bathroom that was reported immediately which they said would be cleaned however still wasn’t when we checked out 4 days later. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work and we had to open the window to remove steam and the smell in winter 🥶. Could improve IT facilities for people to connect to TV and cable accounts. They service rooms every eight days.

When we arrived there was no one in the Managers Office , there was no key left in the drop box either. We rang the phone number but no one answered. We just had to hang around and just wait for someone to turn up so that was pretty disappointing as all we wanted to do was check in. Finally when he turned up there was no apology at all for making us wait. Its a shame because everything else is amazing.

The bed was so comfortable and the facilities in the unit were excellent.

It didn't have any issues to dislike.

Beautiful accommodation - clean and very well appointed. Loved the apartment and would definitely stay again.

The aircon does not let you change the settings so did not keep the room very cool in the humid weather
