We had a private pool room and it was large and lovely!

The bidet is not for beginners.

The staff was very friendly, always smiling and available. We loved the breakfast, many choices and all very good.

The place needs renovation, the sheet were a bit old and the mattress too soft for our preference. Also the towels were old. With some adjustments this place can be very good.

Amazing environment, lovely poolside and bar sorrounded by the jungle. Superkind staff. Close to the centre.

The staff were nice, the pool was nice, and accommodating to a later check out!

The first room was very dirty and was next to the driveway so you could hear everyone driving in and out. I asked to be moved and they move me - which I was grateful. But then the walls were grubby, the bathroom smelt damp and the shower was dirty and the cups were dirty, there seemed to be someone else’s old tooth paste in the glasses that were presented as clean.

The room was weared, sheets were stained and torn. Lot of room for improvement in regard to cleaning. Ants and geckos in the room. Mouldy smell, I was looking forward to leaving.

Everything was great! From our arrival all of the staff was very helpful and welcoming, always smiley. Delicious breakfast with many choices. Beautiful place with amazing location,near center but at the same time with very beautiful backyard, felt like we were in deep jungles.

the best is the staff and specially the young lady called Rica. she is so kind, friendly, helpfull. everybody there is nice, but Rica is special. also how the “hotel” has been designed is truely nice and comfortable.

I love the fact that it is set in the jungle where you can see birds, butterflies, geckos and bees. lovely staff. peaceful. nice restaurant. just lovely.

Breakfast was good in comparison to other places though nothing special. For the price and the location, the hotel is a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly. Very peaceful with its secluded surroundings. We enjoyed our stay.

WiFi needs to be better and the rooms were a bit worn. Cleanliness was a little lacking too.

Beautiful pool surrounded by trees, we also had a balcony with double doors that overlooked the pool, which we really appreciated. Property is located off the Main Street due to a long driveway, therefore it is very peaceful/quiet and feels safe, it’s a relief to come home to after a day out in the world. Lovely accomodating staff. Breakfast was included and it was a pleasant routine to have breakfast overlooking the trees everyday. For the price we paid this property was excellent value.

Cleanliness in general but of bathroom in particular, shower needed a good scrub and it did not seem as though our bed linen was changed at all during our one week stay. Linen and towels were well worn. However, given the low price we paid I wouldn’t expect perfection, everything else was wonderful and I’m sure if I asked they’d be willing to accomodate the above, especially changing the bed linen.

The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. 10/10 for them. Pool area is beautiful. Amazingly quiet and tranquil so you'd never know you were in the midst of the busy town. Banana pancakes at breakfast were yum. I'd definitely recommend spending a little extra to get a room with a balcony, especially a pool view. Very central location in Ubud town. 10 minute walk from the Yoga Barn. Many restaurants and cafes in the area.

We didn't like the other food in the restaurant, so we stuck to banana pancakes for breakfast and ate our other meals elsewhere. The one cocktail I tried was far too strong, at least for me personally, and didn't seem like high quality alcohol was used. The twin room we had didn't have a balcony, so no view, and was in front of the restaurant/bar so was sometimes noisy with music. I upgraded to a room with a balcony once my travel companion left, which was much better.

the staff members were very kind and accommodating. location is central yet quiet. swimming pool is nice. we had also a corner room so it was quiet.

the breakfast was outdated and lacking variety. it would benefit from just a list of 7-8 things that people can choose from. overall the hotel could do with a refresh - walls to be repainted, change towels (really like rags now), a bit of refresh for linens (with old stains) and mattress was lumpy, the wardrobe in the bathroom also doesn’t make sense with such humidity levels. overall better ventilation of the bathrooms could help with the smell of moisture and mold.
