Ligging
Vieze haren in de badkamer. Enorme stofberg onder t bed.
Verouderde kamer.

easy access to the street and perfect location.
I can’t think of anything.

In het centrum van Nijmegen gelegen
Geen enkel personeelslid gezien. Er werd gecommuniceerd via de intercom. Van te voren telefonisch contact gezocht, 10 pogingen gedaan. Er werd niet opgenomen. Heel erg frustrerend.
De handdoeken en beddengoed roken erg onfris.

Had a staff member in my room at 7.30 in the morning for no reason. Kept me from sleeping a total of 3 more times. He went into the hallway of my room twice more to apparently access a storage room. Shouting over the hallway, making calls with someone on speaker phone (I could literally hear every word he was saying). Horrible way to start your day. Baffled at this experience and unprofessionalism.

Excellent location, big room, historic building.
Bit noisy on the street outside (people).

The staff was nice, but I wouldn't classify this place as a 4-star hotel, it was more like a hostel.
I stayed for 4 days and there was no cleaning service and dust everywhere.

Really beautiful inner city hotel. Historical environment in a very old building. I'll rebook a room next week for my weekly business meetings in Nijmegen. Room clean as it should be. All facilities that you need are at the room.

Great location in one of the best streets of Nijmegen with lovely little restaurants and shops, great room, lovely old building, would for sure come back!

There was a coffee machine in the room, and a water kettle.
I very much appreciated that I could check in late!
It wasn't very clean. Some things were broken.

The bed was comfortable and it is in a really good location
It was REALLY dirty.

In another hotel across the street. Not included, but good for the price
The place was a bit pricy, but it is the carnival season after all.

The location
Somebody from the staff iwalking in the room early in the morning. The internet connection was very bad.
There was a dirty towel in the bathroom. The room was not totally done yet. A wall needed finishing. Wires hanging from the ceiling.....

Lobby is pretty
Receptionist was not kind.

Nice location
The room smelled of the previous guest, which was very unpleasant. No one was on duty and I was locked out of the hotel on a rainy day. The front desk is not friendly.

Central location
Dirty rooms and bed sheets Rooms equipment and heating is not great. In general it does not look like a 4 stars apart from the reception area. Price is ok considering this and the location.

Great location, close to the train station. Nice and cozy. The en suite bathrooms are clean and modern, very good water pressure and good lighting. Comfortable bed and overall clean room.
Wouldn't say it's a 4 star hotel - needs a bit of a touch up. Cleaning staff were quite rude knocking on the door in the morning to see if I'm checking out on time. I understand its purpose, but could be done in a nicer manner.
6.0
The hotel is beautiful, has an antique look and matching decoration and furniture.
The location is good, in a beautiful street, with a number of bars an restaurants nearby, and within a 10 min walk to the train station.
The bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell, and since it's inside the room, that could be smelled a bit even with the bathroom door closed.

The room was large enough, clean, and there was an elevator, which was handy as my spouse has a bad hip.
There is no parking at the hotel, we as seniors had to park at a public parking area, about a ten minute walk with our luggage, on cobble stone streets. That should be mentioned in your ads, especially for seniors or handicapped people.

The room was good sized and clean but a bad smell come out of the plumbing of the toilet.

Interesting room in the upper floor(elevator only to 2nd floor). Nice balcony. Manager was reached by phone easily when traffic delayed our arrival, and he let us in remotely. He was pleasant and gave good directions to parking. Newer bath & shower quite nice.
Couch was 6” from the floor & uncomfortable for sitting. Bathroom light in WC burned out, then started up again during the night, very bright. Our plan was to bring overnight bags up to the room, then bring suitcases up later. Because the room was up a steep staircase, we didn’t bother. Some warning on the website would have helped. Bottom “sheets” were mattress covers, scratchy and uncomfortable.
Worst of all, and the reason we only stayed one night was the noise from other guests. A group of men kept partying ALL NIGHT. They were rowdy, singing songs and celebrating, seriously, all night. The noise subsided around 4:00AM but abruptly at 5:15 there was a loud knock on the door. No one there. We were startled awake, and more noise continued until 6:00AM! We did not stay for the 2nd night.

They promised and denied !
Not reliable at all.
No room without stairs (which they promised in advance. Just liars.
