Very good location, close to the beach and centre of town. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped, with a big terrace outside.
No designated parking spot (public free parking is close by); no hairdryer in the bathroom.

Location is good, has all appliances you need (except the washing machine, which is stated to be there). AC is included as well and all is functioning properly.
Firstly, the accommodation we were brought in was different from the pictures, unfortunately. We saw an accommodation with a couch and a balcony on the pictures, before we booked it. Instead, we were brought into a ground level, small room, immediately next to the entrance. We were stumbling over our luggage as there was no room anywhere for us to put it. Smaller luggage could maybe go under the bed, however, not sure if it would fit, as we didn’t have luggage that would fit there. There is also no full size mirror available. You get a drying rack, but there is no room for it. We literally had to put our wet clothes to dry on the rack, and the rack itself, we had to put on the top of the small, open closet (like ones you see in student accommodations). At a first glance, it all looked new and modern, including the bathroom. However, after a matter of a few hours - the bathroom was full of ants. And it kept getting worse. Finally, there is no storage in the bathroom available. WiFi disconnected often. In the end, we were happy to leave as two days there were too long. I would not book for more than one night stay, not worth it.

The whole apartment was freshly renovated! Spacious terrace, quite, green area. The host Anton was very helpful and made the impression from our stay even better:)

The apartment was recently renovated and everything looks new and clean. There was almost everything we needed for you short stay - dishes and utensils, electric cooktop, fridge with freezer.
The bed was comfortable. The kids slept on a couch, but were ok with that.
Sometimes there were small ants from outside, but that was not critical.

The host is really helpful and friendly, amazing service, and the apartment was definitely value for money

New apartment within walking distance from the main Zlatý roh beach and many small beaches in the vicinity. Perfectly equipped and new. Private parking at the door. Large terrace with an olive tree, suitable for barbecuing. Everything was suitable even for a longer stay.

They picked us up from the harbour and drove us to the apartment, that was a very kind detail.

The host Antonio who welcomed me in was nice, helpful and friendly. Overall apartman experience was great value for money, nicely furnished, clean, just 5 minutes away from the beach. Garden is nice, especially in the evening, if you do not mind overlooking the wall of house in front. The experience would be great if not spoiled in last moments.
5 minutes before check out time, which is 10 a.m. cleaning crew and some other people that did not introduced themselves knocekd the door and verbally threw me out of the apartment, stating pack faster, you have to go out etc... threatening that if I'm not out till 10.05h they will charge me another night. The whole experience was truly unconfortable and not at all a way to treat a guest. There is a reason why hospitality is called hospitality.

Nice clean room , close to the beach , center and store good location , good parking spot with cover in the shade,good place to stay
Internet pretty slow ,small room,ants and it took me one hours to get the key maybe cause I came late at 20:00 (8pm) to check in

Great location, nice apartment
No trash cans outside the building. Only two roles of toilet paper.
Additional payment for a small dog (on site, in cash without receipt) that was not really transparently stated.

The location
Room was very dark and room was smaller than expected

Location was very good and the apartment was clean. The AC works perfectly and the hosts are very nice people. Check-in is flexible, there is a free parking lot very close to the apartment and the fridge was huge. The hair dryer is good as well.
The apartment is small but also bukly furniture made it very tricky to approach facilities. There are only 5 hangers in the wardrobe and there is also no hooks to put the towels before or after a shower, nor is there a place to put your cosmetic products anywhere in the bathroom (I did not want to put it in the shoe shelves, which are also located in the bathroom).
There is however a big drying rack, but it is way too big for the apartment - there is barely any room to place it in the apartment.
The mattress is not too comfortable, the WiFi is barely working and you can hear running water in the pipes all night long.
Most of these problems can be fixed very easily and I hope the hosts will do so for the next year.

They didn't have covers adapted for the size of my bed and even even after asking for it they couldn't provide them. Non cleaning products available.
