you can not go outside of hotel without special card to open the entrance, receptionist always not on her working place, smoking in back and not hear us calling, also asked full payment for extra day in case we want to check in 3 hrs in advance after 17 hr trip

Decent Location! Georgian Restaurant across the road and a Pizza and Coffee Shop on the same corner as the Hotel. McDonald's and KFC a 15 minute walk away. Food and Drink always cheap in Ukraine. Slipo Supermarket on the road opposite! Handy for takeaway Coffee and a few supplies, Beer and Water, Chocolate etc. Only other problem! The Electricity would trip out normally about once a day! Soon rectified by the staff who were very friendly.
Used the Shampoo and Shower gel once! Staff never replenished the stock, Minor problem. I just bought some Cheap Shower Gel and a bar of soap in a local Supermarket.
