The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished and comfortable. Great location and close to the beach and all the restaurants. Beautful ocean views from the balcony and main bedroom. Lovely pool area.

Umdloti Cabanas has always been one of the most perfectly located holiday accommodation destinations, a few steps and you are right on a beautiful clean stretched beach which can be safely explored on foot for kilometers North and South.
Unit no. 21 is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6 adult guests. Entrance to the unit is on the ground floor where you will find a guest toilet with a small hand basin as well as a 3rd bedroom (complete with a foldout double mattress bed)/entertainment room with direct access via a sliding door to a massive immaculately maintained crystal clean swimming pool.
Located on the first floor is a modern well equipped kitchen, a dining room area with a large fixed 6 seater table, an average sized sitting room with a 3-4 seater L-shaped comfortable couch and an occasional chair; another sliding door opens onto a large balcony with an amazing clear view over the beachfront and ocean.
Follow another set of stairs to the 2nd floor where the main, fully tiled, bathroom with a full bath (with a shower over the bath), hand basin and toilet is located as well as the main bedroom complete with air-conditioner and another large balcony with even more impressive views. Adjacent to the main bedroom is the other guest bedroom with two single beds which can be setup as a double bed, there is also a super size en-suite walk-in shower and small corner basin.
Both bedrooms are fitting with built-in cupboards with ample hanging rails and stacking shelves. There are also ceiling fans throughout the unit.
Should you travel with a vehicle you can park it in a sufficiently spaced garage on the ground floor right by the "front" door.

The unit was exceptional, the view and the location, close to all the shops and restaurants.
The facility was quite, clean and so was the pool area.
Staying across the road from the beach was a added bonus.
It wasn't easy parking in the garage especially when somone parked in the designated parking in front of the garage.

Positives: The location was excellent. Modern. Excellent wifi and Netflix. Had everything you would need to enjoy your holiday. Balconies off lounge and main bedroom.
Negatives: No privacy - balconies open to entire block. Small spiral stairs with three floors - tricky for small kids and the elderly. The safe is in a very inconvenient position. The garage is very small and getting in is very difficult, especially if you have a big car, like mine (hilux). It did not fit in entirely and difficult to open the doors once in the garage.
