Middle of the town.
Maybe just because it was Friday night but the bar next door was noisy until the early hours. The host did not appear in person and did not answer the phone. The gentleman from the apartment above let us in and gave us the keys.

In an excellent spot, in the historic quarter, but only a short walk from easy parking. Quaint, with a large living area and lots of natural light. Well equipped kitchen.
Up three flights of stairs, the place is generally a bit tired, but very comfortable and has everything you need, and for the price it is still excellent value.

In the heart of Pézenas. Great live music. Magical apartment. Romantic. Kitsch. Eclectical. Hypnotizing big fish decoration. It made us dream. Great hosts. Tasty tea and coffee.

Location is the best. It is located at the center close to parking (if you drive).
We stayed in the winter time. It would be good to have the heater in the living room.
