Все хорошо, в апартаментах есть все необходимое, рядом парковка и центр города с ресторанами и магазинами.
Немного темновато, потому что цокольный этаж. В остальном все хорошо

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mit genügend Parkmöglichkeiten, und das Zimmer bietet alles Nötige. Für eine Nacht ist es mehr als ausreichend. Der Check-in/out erfolgt vollständig kontaktlos.

TV wass not working no iinstruction book left in apartment Tried to contact host but no answer.no book for in advent of fire no instuctions (most places have on back of door ) NO INSTUCTIONS LEFT IN ROOM WHERE CAN BE FOUND EASY.(TABLES KITCHEN SIDE.ETC) Power cut while in shower left in complete in darkness shower hence damaged to foot. no safty lights.

The space of the apartment, the location, cleanliness and well kept. Suited our style and expectations, however.....
Lower ground floor, no opening windows, it felt a little dark during the day. Once we got used to it we managed.

Funktionelles Apartment im Zentrum von Akureyri. Freibad, und Fußgängerzone 2 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren im Januar dort, bei -18 Grad. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Supermärkte in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Really happy with our stay at K16 Apartments. The location was ideal for our short stay in Akureyri, just minutes away from bars and restaurants, with free parking on site for our hire car. Apartment was simply furnished, very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, very warm heating (needed given the -17c temperatures outside) wifi worked well, and access was easy with door codes. Overall a great value for money base for a long weekend exploring Northern Iceland. Would happily return

Great location. Short walk to restaurants and the Art Museum. Nice kitchen area. Very clean. Free parking.
The bed was right next to front door, due to the room layout.

Situación y el apartamento muy amplio y limpio
No pude poner lavadora no supe cómo hacerlo y había ropa de otra persona hospedada que no recogió no es culpa del hotel pero fue el único inconveniente,

The apartment is a studio room with spacious space. We love the kitchen and it got cooking facilities which is nice for us who prefer to cook instead of eating out. The place is easy to find and check in went very smooth since we already received the door code over email. Definitly want to come back here if i come to Iceland again.
The water from the shower wet the entire bathroom.

The laundry on site was a lifesaver for us! We couldn’t find it at first, because it was in a common area on the same floor. But once we did, we were able to do laundry and it allowed us to have clean clothes after packing so tightly. We’ll now only want to book places that have laundry access now!
Truly didn’t love the fireworks that went off at midnight, but that wasn’t the apartment’s fault. There was a festival or something going on, which meant that there was a lot more noise. But the fireworks scared us awake because it sounded like it was being set off right outside our open window.
