location was spot on, only 2 min walk to sea front area with bars shops etc

Appartamento pulito, accessoriato con tutto l’occorrente. All’arrivo trovi anche dell’acqua fresca in frigo. La proprietaria è sempre disponibile al telefono in caso di necessità. Spazioso e confortevole. Posizione centrale per raggiungere le spiagge e i ristoranti a piedi.

L’appartamento si trova vicinissimo al centro.
La cucina è ben fornita.
La doccia è molto comoda.
Purtroppo le camere da letto affacciano su un piccolo spazio esterno da cui entra pochissima aria.
Le altre finestre in soggiorno affacciano su una via pedonale residenziale e non è sicuro lasciarle aperte di notte, perché chiunque potrebbe entrare.
Gli apparecchi che la proprietaria definisce „condizionatori“, sono in realtà dei ventilatori. Nei periodi molto caldi la situazione nelle stanze è veramente soffocante e dormire è praticamente impossibile.
Abbiamo consigliato alla proprietaria di provvedere ad installare un vero impianto di aria condizionata. Se verrà installato consigliamo l’appartamento.

very clean and well equipped. they left a welcome back of milk and water and there was tea and coffee too. we only stayed the one night and we went for 8 nights and only had our Villa for 7 but this property was fantastic and we would definitely stay again. location was fantastic too, literally a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great location: near beach and near town, quiet street.

Lots of space and reasonably well equipped.
Nice touch with water and milk left in fridge and sweets on table.
Being on ground floor, we personally would have liked to have some shutters at night.. and some blind or lighter curtain during day time as the red one in place were not letting enough light through.

Large 2 bedroom apartment. Had dishwasher and washing machine. Good location.
Felt a bit cluttered with knickknacks. Furniture was worn and...eclectic. Some maintenance was needed on the unit (leaky faucet, water damage in the bathroom, kitchen drawers).

It was exactly as expected and needed before going to our timeshare would definitely use again to get the cheaper air fares
Only 1 mug for 4 of us but managed to do a quick changeover which created amusement.

The central location in playa blanca is very useful. Walking distance to the main tourist promenade, the ferry boat and city centre. It was perfect for me as a stop over on my way to fuerteventura.

The central location in Playa Blanca was perfect for us. I was rehabilitating my foot after recent surgery so having all amenities close by was very satisfactory for us.
We did not find anything to complain about during our stay.

small details - side lighting in living room would enhance comfort of reading. also although there is satellite and tv, all the stations were in Spanish !
