Location is OK. Especially if you come by car - there is space around to squeeze it and traffic is fair.
They have to remove "NEW" from the name as everything needs repairs, but the host is not motivated in doing it. If the next guests see the broken toilet seat - that was someone before me.

The apartment is located in a very nice, quiet area and is very close to the metro station. There is a very nice park close by with a big playground which is very convenient especially if you travel with kids. There is a big supermarket 7 minutes away, bakery shops, restaurants and lots of places you can have a coffee. The apartment can accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 little kids and a baby) and has a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner, both very useful when you have kids. The owner of the apartment is very nice and gentle and was always available whenever we needed anything extra.
The bathroom is too small.
