No pudimos acceder al alojamiento. Indicamos que llegaríamos a las 19h y al llegar no había nadie en el alojamiento. Llamamos al alojamiento y nadie nos atendió, tienen un contestador diciendo que hasta el día siguiente a las 9 de la mañana nada... Luego llamamos a Booking y su respuesta fue realojarnos en un hotel a 4 horas de este municipio... Una vergüenza.

Being a detached villa with own pool

Small issues with maintenace, toilet seat was broken in upstairs bathroom and beds were uncomfortable.

Beautiful villa, well appointed, clean and comfortable. It felt safe and was suitable for a family with small children with a walled garden and lockable gate. It worked well for a group of 6 and had some great features - pool, roof terrace etc. The fixtures and furnishings were good quality and a really pleasant place to stay.

We had an irate Spanish lady arrive at the villa waving a piece of paper saying that the electricity would be cut off due to a unpaid bill. We obviously contacted the company and the local contact we had been given and the matter was resolved fairly quickly. We received assurances that the bill had actually been paid and the electricity remained on so draw your own conclusion. We were told that this happens in Spain - which is also my personal experience - so whilst it was not ideal, it wan't really too much hassle.
