The location and the accomodation was superb it's a great value for the price. Plus the swimmingpool was really nice, the kids really liked that.

Great location, 8 minutes walk to the center. Great view. Comfortable beds. The pool was closed, I think for the end of season. Equiped kitchen.

This fully equipped apartment came with a spectacular view of the Adriatic and very lovely, friendly hosts. It even had on site parking. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the shore and town.

the apartment is spacious and it’s got everything you may need. the bedroom was very nice with a king size bed that was so very comfortable. the view from the pool area is even better than what you see in the pictures. the landlady and the parents seem like very nice and welcoming people, they live upstairs. parking possible in front of the house which was great. we stayed only for one night so didn’t have time to really enjoy the place which was a shame - I’d gladly recommend it for longer vacation!
unfortunately the wifi is not great. it’s very slow and it was very hard to stream anything or watch YouTube. the signal is a bit better in the bedroom than the living room.
not a negative but be aware that Opatija is built on the hill, so is the house - there is enough space for you to park even a big SUV but their driveway is extremely steep (45° or so). if your car is on a lowerer side, it’ll scratch the ground on the way down.

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The pool is very cool. The seeview is amazing!! The owners were really kind.

Location is perfect, very quiet part of Opatija. The view is perfect and the garden is so beautiful. I would like to come again.

Hosts went out of their way to make us welcome and we enjoyed our overnight stay. No problem walking up the hill to the apartment from the waterfront. Tons of restaurants nearby.
Breakfast on the terrace was pleasant and I enjoyed my conversations from our knowledgeable host couple.
Really minor but the kettle in our room was faulty.

Erika is a supersweet host, kind and made us feel home! The apartment is beautiful and clean, the AC is also pretty useful!
We could not pay by card :( otherwise it was perfect!
