I liked a lot of things about the place, I felt at home with peace of mind. Good place for family. It's a home away from home. I will definitely do a return on my next vacation. The cleaning team is exceptionally out of this world. Big up to the team in general.

the keys were easily accessible even though there was a confusion on my side on where would i find the keys.

It could have been better explained what is the role of the lady who comes daily to clean (does and don'ts)

The experience of privacy and quite place , just a seconds walk to the beach, seconds to shopping and staff are very friendly 👌

Swimming area that opens at 9am and also struggling with the braai area door till we decided to use gas

It was close to the beach, n the hotel was clean, and their pool is well maintain and the security was good

I love the cleanliness and the area of the property...the modern furniture in our apartment made it even more beautiful..shops are just a walk away..and the beach is just nearby.

Karen was a great and solution based host. She was readily available on her mobile as well as on email, to assist and answer any questions I had. She was a real pleasure to deal with and I look forward to working with her in the near future when I'm on vacation next.

An inventory of the property was not conducted upon arrival, as such the cleaners blamed me for having broken a portion of the glass table which was not true. They tried to get me to pay for the damage, when in actual fact there was not even a trace of shattered glass in the property on any one day they cleaned the apartment. I also didn't like the fact that they had keys to access the property and would turn up at different times to clean and would unlock the door without knocking first when coming in to clean. My luggage and belongings were not locked away and I could be disrobed.

In Umhlanga few shops around you can walk to, nice view

Aircorns remotes had no bettery, TV Remote no batteries, lounge couch too small for everyone to sit they need to do something about it. Stove numbers on the buttons not visible anymore makes it hard too cook .

The apartment is very clean and beautiful, it felt like home away from home. The view,waking up in the main bedroom to that was breathtaking
