We had been unable to use our original school holiday booking in 2021 due to COVID and were made to change our booking to a non-school holiday period which we could not use. I explained this to the management but they could not care less, so I lost all my money and had no holiday. I would not recommend this to anyone! Beware!

Needed to stay 8 days for your bed sheets to be changed and if you wanted them changed earlier there was a fee.

Location is amazing - right in the middle of Hastings Street, Our 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed and we looked out at the pool, which was lovely. But the dishes in the room were dirty - someone needs to wash them all and there were no beach towels in our room when we arrived, so the service to the room needs to lift

Unclean dishes and no beach towels and having to follow that up. The girls were lovely about it though

The apartment was perfect; great location!

Went to check in at reception; they sent me to Accomodation Noosa over the road; they then sent me to R&W... reception at the hotel very clearly stated not to come back to them for anything, not very polite or helpful.
