The pictures and description were very accurate. The place perfectly served our needs. Nice gas fireplace was a bonus.

First, the listing is not super clear - it says there is only one parking pass, but there are actually two. The communication with the Vacasa team about the number of passes and alternate parking options was not at all clear until we physically arrived at the house.
Second, the Internet did not work when we arrived. We were told it was a regional outage, but when I pushed back in who the ISP was so I could confirm an outage in the area, I was immediately given an alternate WiFi network and password to use... The reliability of the alternate network wasn't great, andI did not appreciate being lied to. The property manager did come with an Internet service tech to replace the router first thing Monday morning, but we were without Internet for 2 of our 5 days in the home.
The actual home was very clean and cozy, though the carpet is a bit dated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the weekend, so once the Internet issues were resolved, we had a great stay!

The co do was nice. The kitchen could of used a little more cleaning. Had a good supply of dishes, glassware, utensils, and cutting boards. They also had a few spices a nice knife set and plenty of mixing bowls/serving bowls.
Refrigerator was clean and so was the gas stove.
Bedrooms were clean, mattress were okay, feather pillows, were good.
Over all the condo just needs a little extra tlc and it would be so wonderful. But is a very nice condo, easy to get to the location was great.

Clean but lacking
So, this was an ok experience.
Pros:
Clean
Nice new TV in living room
Nice water pressure
Variety of kitchen utensils
Nice living room furniture
Cons:
- Fireplace, gas; pilot light would not stay lit. When re-lit fireplace would only stay on for less than 10 minutes, go off by itself and pilot light out again. Maintenance guy only came first time and staff ignored all further requests to fix this and other issues below.
- Toilet in lower level had lever so stiff thought it was broken, took tank lid off and flapper valve stuck in lower position. Very hard to flush, felt like it would break any minute.
Thermostat: Nice Nest thermostat was set to very wired schedule, it would turn down at around 11 pm to like 55 degrees and then warm up in morning. If you stayed up late it would get really cold.
- TVs: bedroom TVs had no inputs. Apparently they had DirecTV at one time (dish still outside but cables cut) so no way to use TVs. Texted maintenance, they said would bring either DVD player or FireTV stick for us to use. Requested FireTV as we don’t have any dvds. Said would bring it by, didn’t, then said would bring by next morning, didn’t, said later in day, didn’t . Never did.
- Fan in bathroom has timer buttons, did not work and could not do manually, so bathroom would steam up and towels wouldn’t dry.
Lighting: rather than use warm LED bulbs, they had stark white LED bulbs throughout that even when dimmed were obnoxious.
Kitchen: No seasonings, No pepper in shakers, no coffee for first morning so bring everything you think you might need.
- Tons of stairs: from parking lot to unit, inside unit (3 levels).
- Bedding dated, think 70’s brown bedspreads, covered with a sheet I guess to make it look like a duver

We had a great experience. Mother Nature tested our resilience giving us High temperatures while staying in a Non Airconditioned unit but we still had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, well furnished and even had toys for our 2yr old Granson to play with. This was his first time away from home overnight and he did great!! Mastered the stairs on day one and his first time parents actually relaxed

We loved this rental! The house was perfectly located for quick bus access to the Village, which runs until 10pm. We had a lovely dinner at Petra Wine Bar and caught the shuttle back. Each evening we would walk up to the rock behind the condo to watch the sun set - what beauty! House was great! We thought maybe the kids would be cold downstairs, but with the hall door closed, they were cozy and heating was well distributed. Our 2 doggies came and they had a blast rolling in the snow.

We loved this rental! The house was perfectly located for quick bus access to the Village, which runs until 10pm. We had a lovely dinner at Petra Wine Bar and caught the shuttle back. Each evening we would walk up to the rock behind the condo to watch the sun set - what beauty! House was great! We thought maybe the kids would be cold downstairs, but with the hall door closed, they were cozy and heating was well distributed. Our 2 doggies came and they had a blast rolling in the snow.

Our favorite place on earth! The condo was well equipped for a family retreat. The kitchen was stocked. There were plenty of blankets and sheets and the property was super clean. We will be back!

We appreciated that the condo had plenty of cooking utensils so we could make wonderful dinners. Everything was so clean, and looked very new, that we just felt we were right at home. The location was excellent, and the condo stay cool during the day.

We enjoyed our family vacation at this condo. It allowed us to enjoy Donner lake and Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. It’s also close to the Truckee bike park which my son loves.

Nice Place
It’s always hard to find reasonably priced dog friendly places in Tahoe and this was exactly what we were looking for! I would say the only downside for the summer is that there is no AC. We knew this going in, however we didn’t anticipate how uncomfortable it could be once it started to heat up and then stay pretty hot during the night. However, other than that, we enjoyed the place and would stay again! Very close to Northstar!

The condo was fantastic. It had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The deck was perfect for a cup of tea in the morning and to watch night drift in at dusk.
