Big and spacious 3 bedroom apartment, perfect for a family. 3 Bedrooms 2 toilets and a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen. There was also a parking spot included in our stay. It is a 25 minute walk to centre of Athens so location is also good. Kalithea itself has plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and also retail stores. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not much to write here. Only thing is no elevator to bring luggage up and down but we didn't mind it.

Spacious apartment in a good location, easy access by bus/car. Private parking lot next to the entrance.

Apartment is located next to a busy highway, hot water wasn't always hot for some reason and the shower in the bathroom does not have enough water pressure, weak wi-fi signal in the bedrooms - too far from the router.

Large and spacious apartment, with terrace and balcony. Excellent wi-fi connection, Netflix. Parking. We traveled with family for work, and this was excellent choice. Thank you!

The location was spacious and clean. Easily accessible (bus station nearby). You can make 15-20 min. with public transportation to Athens centre. Large roof-top terrace with barbecue - we really enjoyed using it. Closest supermarket is nearby (few hundred meters), while Kalitheea Municipal Matket (great for groceries and food direct from producers) is 1 km away and Lidl is 1,1 km away. Do not miss eating at The Souvlaki Of Charokopou (46 Charokopou street, nearby), - extremly tasty food,

Upon our arrival, we felt a little colder than normal, until the heating (aircon) made a confortable environment. Since it takes time for warming up, my suggestion for the hosts is to start the aircon earlier, at least 3-4 hours before guests arrival. Also, hot water boiler was with timer, so it disconnects from time to time. It might be a good improvement to ensure hot water permanently, in an unattended matter.
