I think this is a hidden gem in Split. Its very close to city center, but the room is really quiet. There is a restoran downstairs, where you can get good food for fair price. We loved the city and this apartment alot! AC works well and the room was really clean. Everything you need is there. Also the beach is like 5 minutes of walking, but i suggest you to go a little further. There was one beach near the žnjan. Less people and very clean water. Overall 10/10 place and would visit again! 😀

Hot water did not work well and the host was not helping much.

The space was big, bed was comfortable. Fridge was definitely good to have for keeping water cool!

The actual address of the property on booking.com is the wrong location it's actually on a totally different street! Which isn't ideal when solo travelling and not knowing where you're going.

the studio apartment is very nice and in a perfect location. walking distance from the beach and downtown.

Close to the city center, sea. Bars and restaurans is very near. Room spacious, clean, you can find everything what you need.

The apartment is small but well equipped. It was clean and the location was excellent for wandering in to town or on to the beach. There is a terrace coffee/bar downstairs and an excellent restaurant too

The apartment was lovely! Really well decorated, clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Was close to the centre of Split so easy access to all the sights and great restaurants. Host was in contact and very nice

Difficult to park Hard to find- was in the wrong place on google maps. Tip: don’t use address search for the shisha bar which is below and will take you straight there!

Convenient as I wanted to be near the Ferry Boat marina.

Location is good, close to the old town. Damira was nice but the reservation manager was very unpleasant.

Reservation manager was rude. It was very loud outside (bar below). Also we were waken up everytime someone entered/exit the building due to the exit doors next to the bed.

The location is covenient. Hist was great with remote checkin procedures abd allowed a later checkout due to my departure time. The ammenities were amazing! Everything you needed (short of laundry and microwave) were there. AC worked great and was a necessity after a long hot day of tours. Great for longer stays. Right over a cafe if youre too lazy to walk into the old town for dinner.

The lodging is essentially an apartment, which means your stay is as quiet as your neighbors. Mine werent. Also, the bed was just too firm and not comfortable. I tossed and turned all night for 3 nights. Consider a mattress topper. Also, for rewarming leftovers, a microwave would be a great and relatively cheap addition to the kitchenette.

Very well situated little flat. Close to old town and Bacvice beach. Owner is really lovely, flexible and delighted to help and guide you.

Not much really. Perhaps just a paper bin in the main room :-)

Apartament wos very clean and comfortable. Air condition works weel. We stay one extra day. Unfortunetly we did not have water at our last day, but owner told us that we haven't to pay that day. If i vist split again i will back here.
