Location, comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Note washing machine is upstairs and needs a separate key.
The main bedroom layout was a little bit strange

Location was great, apartment was really nice, well equipped, bathrooms great and living area was very comfortable. Carlos met us on arrival and was a gentleman - polite, helpful and thorough.
Beds were very noisy when you moved in them and personally didn't like location of bed in room - one side against wall. Sorry!

Very central location close to the theatre. Large, renovated and well equipped apartment with eveything you need for a stay of a couple of days.
Use the elevator and don't try to use the staircase. If not, maybe you get lost. 😏
There is no public parking close to the apartment.

Everything was perfect in the apartment
Huge space to live, very clean, big bathroom, nice kitchen,..

Hospitality, localization and all communication with staff was awesome! Apartment was clean and ready to use. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in time which was great. When we had additional request (access to washing machine), we got everything fast and smooth.
Double bed was a bit uncomfy and washing machine is in other floor. But it isn't a serious things :)

We enjoyed our stay. Well equipped, clean and very central.
When we arrived close to the property we had no Internet. We texted but got no reply so I eventually phoned up. The guy who answered sounded a bit annoyed, not too polite with me. The cleaner then met us. She was extremely nice.

The apartment was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location of apartment was comfortable. We could go everywhere by walk.
There were so many nice restaurants near by and we really enjoyed our first stay at Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

A very bright and cozy apartment with all the necessities you need. Good and silent airco’s and very well isolated when the windows are closed so you don’t notice you’re in the center of a city. Very clean and practical bathroom. Smooth and friendly communication. The renting of a private garage was very comfortable.
The patio is very small as it is divided with the neighbour so we didn’t use it at all. But you have a better feeling of sitting outside by just opening all the windows in front so it didn’t bother us. The bedroom is a bit small but the bed was anyhow very convenient.

Location very central, yet quiet. Very spacious kitchen and clean.
Some things were missing and it wasn’t made clear where to do the laundry or park at first, but host resolved those after some communications.

It was a very pleasant and peaceful apartment in a nice environment.
There was no information about where to take carbage so we had to find the carbage place by ourselves.

Isabel was very responsive in her communication. The apartment was in a great location, close to the tram and local and intercity transportation. Easy to get to the most beautiful beach in Tenerife! The wifi was fabulous too! Highly recommend this place if you are coming to SantaCruz.
