Very clean, spacious and short distance from everything in Aviemore.

Hot water in main shower needs heated up and went cold after 2 short adult showers. (There is an en suite with an electric shower) - but the main one is lovely!

The location, 20 minute walk to town was great. With a convenience store just 5 minute walk away. The flat is close to main road for exploring the local area. Modern bathrooms. The good sized open plan kitchen and lounge was a nice area to sit in. Good TV and WiFi set up.

We found the flat to be quite tired, Well equipped but missing some 'basic essentials' No bath mat, Oven gloves, a centimetre of hand soap & washing up liquid, half a toilet roll for a family of 4 for 4 nights?! My bath towel was dirty but fortunately I found a clean one in one of the cupboards, along with a laundry bag full of dirty sheets! The grill and separate hob had missing, broken knobs or simply just didn't seem to work properly. The front door never felt secure. At least half of the light bulbs in the kitchen/living room were 'out' and needed replacing.Yes, these may all seem to be minor points and once easily fixed would have made our stay alot more like the 'home from home' advertised. The 2 bedrooms were very dark, I guess its the positioning of the house but the decor and dark furniture didn't help. Limited hot water available. In summary, we expected a little bit more from our stay.

The neighborhood it is located in is quiet and it has great views of the surrounding countryside.

The carpet. I'm not a fan of carpet.

Nice and clean flat in very quite location.

It was tidy and easy to access local attractions. The fridge was amazing!

We had to put away cleaning supplies left on the sofa. For the money, I found it strange to remove the linens from the beds and the garbage from the house. The 2nd person to shower had a freezing cold shower....no hot water!

Poor communication with owner . Trouble with key safe and licking the door Apartment was shabby and it smelt strongly of cleaning products but wasn’t clean . Little toilet paper and soap . Would never book it again . Not value for money . Had to drive to shops . Bad area

Great location in aviemore, quiet area but not far from local shops. Warm house with plenty of space and very clean.
