The Condo was Fantastic. It had every comfort I could have dreamed of. The condo was three stories which was great for us since we had a four month old grandson with us. Everyone was able to spread out making it possible for us to have our own space when we needed a break. The owner was great. She was very fast to respond to my messages. We did see three bears which we were warned about before hand. Everyone in our group was happy to see the bears since we are not accustomed to seeing them. I would recommend this condo to family and friends.

We only spent the night, but would stay again. Beds were comfortable and views great. We were given good instructions to locate the house. ( smoke alarm in basement needs a battery. It chirped all night)

It was my friend and I doing a last minute quick getaway, and we were able to book this property literally the day before we arrived. The "neighborhood" is made up of several similar houses (each painted a different color) arranged around a large circle (bigger than a cul-de-sac but same idea). The property is at the very top of a mountain, which gave us an unobstructed panoramic view. It was beautiful! The decor was...eclectic. But no one is renting a vacation place for the decor. The property was very comfortable for the two of us and had everything we needed. It could accommodate 4 ok, but more than that would be crowded. One of our favorite parts of staying there was the bears -- we saw black bears every day, with at least 3 different bears around (including a cub). They would cruise the treeline behind the property where we watched from the deck, and sometimes wandered into the parking lot / cul-de-sac area. We would definitely book this property again!!

We dont like a motel setting! A quiet little neighborhood w/a cute little pool. You could see city lights in the distance & the smokey mountains too!!! The basement could use a bit of tlc it flared up the allergies/asthma a bit. No biggie I just stayed up stairs away from the pool table area on 2nd floor but the panoramic views covered over any & all flaws.. it is just breathtaking!! Gosh i didnt even go upstairs to look as i rent this same chalet years ago when it use to have a sauna. I give this chalet 5 stars soley on the views, the hills are why my mother & i come to gatlinburg every year!

It’s a ways up the mountain but the views are worth it. I was hoping the pool would be warmer was way to cold for the kids to use but what do you expect for Memorial Day weekend. Hot tub was awesome and the house was also great. I would definitely recommend…

Our stay was okay overall, but there are some things that need to be updated /fixed. Upon arriving, we noticed that the microwave handle was completely broken off, the freezer had been melted through on the inside, the fireplace wouldn’t stay on, the recliner didn’t work, the pull out sofa is broken and unusable, one of the arms inside the dryer was broken off and sitting on top of the dryer, most of the darts for the dart board were bent or broken, the pool table wasn’t level, and ants were invading the living room area. There was also a rocking chair that had the legs broken off of it and placed in a corner out of sight in the upstairs bedroom. The bed on the main level was also extremely hard and the pillows were flat. My husband and I didn’t sleep well the entire time we were there, we eventually went to the store and bought our own pillows, because the ones that were provided were so flat. We also found trash leftover from the previous guests in the game room area. Any one of these problems wouldn’t be an issue, but all of them combined gave us the impression that the properties maintenance is being neglected. The host seemed friendly enough when I spoke to her, but she never got back with me after maintenance finished spraying for ants, like she said she would. The communication completely stopped at that point. Overall, the property was clean, the views were spectacular, the neighborhood was quiet, and the jacuzzi was also a plus.

As expected

My husband and I spent our 30th anniversary weekend in this charming chalet. It was exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed a view of the stars and the mountains while in the hot tub. Chalet was clean and stocked with everything promised. Absolutely no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to stay again in the future.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this home. It was clean, cozy, and a great place to relax after skiing. Between playing pool in the basement and lounging in the hot tub, we felt we actually got a vacation from the hustle and bustle of life. We highly recommend this home and would absolutely love to return one day.

Overall, an AMAZING experience! Very nice views, especially the hot tub under the stars! The cabin was spacious, but I would say it sleeps 4 comfortably as there are 2 Kings and the bed in the basement is uncomfortable (maybe 5 if someone sleeps on the couch) . But yeah, very nice host, location and price. I WOULD come back! We had a problem with our stay, but our host helped quickly and efficiently. If it had more ammenities and we did not face a problem, it would easily be a 5 star!

This property was not only clean with an amazing view but the communication with the Host of the property was excellent. Sandy was more than helpful and kind. This made our stay a 10 out of 10 and we will be coming back!

The house was very clean. It had all the amenities needed for the stay. The view was spectacular day and especially the night view.

Man cave off master br and bath? Needs cushions on dr chairs. Overall very nice

The hot tub was a bit cold and you couldn’t adjust the temperature and the jetted tub in the master bathroom didn’t work but it was a great place to stay otherwise

This was our first time in a house up in the mountains in Gatlinburg. The house was great and so were the views. Loved every minute of it. The beds were some of the best I had slept in at a rental property. The hot tub was great, you could see all the way to Pigeon Forge from it and at light it was beautiful seeing all the lights. Everything worked great in the house for us. The drive was a little nerve racking the first time up because our gps sent us up the wrong street and it looked straight up. We will definitely be looking into this house again

Very relaxing, most beautiful views…the owner has everything set up very nice. I would’ve loved to stay here a week. Beds were comfortable, has plenty of pots and pans and dishes everything you can ask for and more !!! Great stay making memories with family.

Property was lovely! Everything in the home was amazing (that we accessed) - wasnt able to enjoy hot tub, but really wanted to! (a bit too windy and chilly) The ride up was a tight one, but it was all worth it with the views off the balcony! Cute little "neighborhood" at the top of the mountains! Was very quiet and the perfect get away from the city life. Looked over Pigeon Forge, the night time views were amazing with the lights, and the morning views of the mountains were even better! Sandy was very communicative with us, we did experience no water one day, due to a circuit at the bottom of the homes, but was fixed within a few hours! Will definitely reserve again!

We are a family of 5 and this home was supposed to sleep 5. One bed was very firm (extremely firm) so much so that my kids could not endure sleeping in it, my husband and I had back pain because it was that firm, no bounce to it. The pull out sofa in the basement could only sleep my lightest child because if you sat on it the mattress would fall through the frame. 2 kids could not even sleep on it. The dryer did not dry completely so you will have to put it on 2x to dry 1 load. The Light bulb in the master bath on the main floor was out The recliner in the family room does not recline. 2 plugs in the family room do not work (the plug nearest to the fireplace, and the plug under the thermostat was loose and not working) Also 3 plugs on the upper level did not work. I know this because we were required to vacuum the home before check out and of the 3 vacuums , only 1 actually turned on ( the basement one) and it did a terrible job of cleaning. The home had a lot of furniture and knick knacks, so much so that I bumped into a table and knocked over and broke one,which the owner was very gracious and kind. We stubbed our toes daily on chairs and tables. We tried to play board games on the kitchen table but it was so tight around the recliner we moved to the coffee table but again there were tables around that , which made it tight and it was made of glass which does not help with 3 boys. There is a light switch that says Living Room, Foyer and they did not work ( although I loved that they were marked) In the Basement there were dead lady bugs everywhere, even in the light on the drop ceiling and the junction of the wall and carpet. I could not successfully vacuum them up because the cord was not long enough and the tube on the vacuum did not successfully suck them up. In the kitchen there was what I think was mouse feces on the counter although I never actively saw a mouse. If you raise up the kitchen mat , you can see it was rarely moved to be mopped. I am unsure who the cleaning service is for this place but they do not clean it well. If you look on the wall hanging in the main bedroom on the main level the hanging is made of wood and you can see the dust is very thick. I have a son with severe allergies to dust so I may be a bit over board with cleaning but even behind the beds were dusty. It is not a kid friendly home. The owner was very kind and sweet when we had questions. Some remotes needed batteries. Photos need to be updated

The view was amazing! But the drive up to the property was a little scary- think straight up the mountain at the tip top. The beds were very hard, basement smelled like mildew and has some build up on the walls so we didn’t hang down there at all because of that. The house itself def needs some fixing up but the view was amazing!
