Restaurant could be a bit better to live up to the setting

We have come here for our honeymoon. They have met us with gorgeous honeymoon cake. Food, amazing view, environment, ambiance, attitude of the staffs everything was perfect and more than expected. We also tried traditional Balinese massage service. We suggest everyone to try this experience by staying at Pramana Watu Kurung. Best service and quality ever!

Spa was extremely expensive. Shuttle hours should have been more flexible.

when we arrived to our room it was really dark and smelt really bad of damp. there was flies: insect everywhere and dead cockroach in the toilet. I had complained the next morning but they refused to do anything about it. the day after I approached the front desk and complained again and said this is very unhygienic and I don’t feel comfortable staying here. I requested a early check out as I no longer could stay there because of the smell and the amount of insects that was in our room. they told us they could move us to another room but then we would have to change rooms again. I was on my honeymoon and I shouldn’t have to keep moving rooms because of there inconvenience. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel.

Disappointed pramana suite dark dingy and very damp and no ventilation or view so vvv humid ...the style of room with open bathroom part of the room is a bad design .there are better hotels within the same price bracket not enough lounging areas .staff in restaurant very junior . Grounds and views are beautiful but if you need comfort this is not the hotel to provide this .

The best place we stayed in Bali. The staff were super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure you had a really enjoyable stay. The food and drinks were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our floating breakfast, which the staff prepared for us beautifully. The hotel and rooms were lovely and the views are stunning! Would highly recommend this hotel for a romantic stay in Ubud.

It is a very nice hotel and the location takes your breath away

We got married in Bali and I asked that if could prepare something for us in bed with towels weeks before and the said yes and they did nothing, they did not give us the welcome drink upon arrival, one of the breakfast waitresses was very rude because we wanted to have two breakfasts that obviously we did not care pay, my friends had daily free beer and did not receive it. The light rooms are very dark

Quiet small views and the staff

Small things only. Owners should invest more in teaching staff about how to serve properly plus better cocktails. They are warm and caring but suspect haven't been trained in all they should know. Oh yes..... Expand the piped music range as it loops too fast...drives people crazy 😧 Really though these are minor but would elevate you to the next level!
