Location was great if you want easy access to the beach and to be a little away from the really busy part of Clearwater. management company was very responsive. Place easily fits two couples or two couples and a few kids. Main bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit. So there is privacy between the bedrooms. Unit was very clean.

Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It was fine for a couple of nights, but didn't help my back after that. entire place could use a sprucing up. Unit was very clean. It is an older, but very solid unit. We had an extremely windy night and heard it, but did not feel it. Both bathrooms are small and dated. Master bath water pressure was very low. I informed maintenance. They were going to send someone over right away. Since there were only two of us we used the other bath and asked them to wait until we were gone. Kitchen layout is weird. the cabinet next to the stove is not accessible.

it was quiet and not heavily populated

no staff onsite. we kept getting text messages asking what was broken or not in working order. also the day before our checkout they were asking when we were leaving so they could clean the next day, so we just left a day early. they should be the ones going in and inspecting the property for broken items, not the guest. definitely shouldn’t be faking when we are leaving either.
