The staff have made several improvements and were very attentive compared to the last time I stayed. There’s a big change in what was provided and what was working in the apartment it’s a very large spacious place with very good views

I have no complaints

The outdoor swimming pool was too cold to swim due to the fact that Nairobi is cooler at this time.

This serviced apartment has a great location and is very spacious. We had good communication with the host from start to finish.

Very big flat. They were available for check in during night.

The equipment in bad shape, not well cleaned. Agreed airport pick up cancelled few hours in advance.

Tom is unbelievably nice and caring. The property is clean, spacious and well secured. Pictures haven't done justice to this property.

Kitchen equipments could be better.

We had some struggles with our luggage at the airport and Tom stayed there with us for 4 hours to talk to the stuff and manage everything. The apartment has everything you need and you can store your luggage at the hotel for a few days. Also the guards and the house lady were super nice and helped whenever you needed something. Also the area is very safe and there is a shop with water 3min away and a shopping mall about 7min away.

Not a thing. A very good apartment!!
