booked the small room with side-view balcony (my own mistake). be aware that the room is hardly suited for two persons. bed is very small and very limited storage available. rather book a larger apartment if travelling with a mate

What a fantastic location, next to beach and a few steps to one of the best cafes in Bol and supermarket. The host was very friendly and accommodating and even gave us a bottle of wine! Fruit bowl was waiting for us on arrival too! Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money. We had the double room which had a great view of the sea and a balcony where you could hang your washing and sit and have lunch. One of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced who texted us with weather forecasts and even when the power was off for a few hours! Now that’s service.

A delightful and spacious top floor apartment with the best views in Bol looking out across the Adriatic sea. The apartment has been recently modernised so has a lovely bathroom with good shower (and a washing machine with supplied washing pods). The living area is large and there are two bedrooms with comfy Queen sized beds. You can step out of the living area and bedroom onto a full width and deep terrace which is fantastic for sitting out on: there is a large tabel and chairs, and a swing seat. There is a large canopy for shade too (the apartment is south facing). People watching is a delight! There are restaurants galore within several minutes walk - Bol town and harbour is 100m. The road below is quiet, mainly used by people walking or on bikes and scooters. You can swim right from the rocks below the apartment or the little beach to the left. Bigger beaches are ten minutes walk towards and beyon the monastery. Robert is a friendly and welcoming host. His family run the restaurant below the apartment, always busy but never noisy while we were there. There is a local supermarket (Studenac) just two minutes away up the steps. A fabulous place, highly recommended.

The rainhead shower did not work very well, needs a good clean! (The separate shower head worked fine though). The TV could do with updating for streaming services (Netflix etc).

Location: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Bathroom: 10/10 View: 10/10 Robert: 10/10 Robert is an excellent person. He treat you so well always answering you with agility and responsibility. His place is cozy with a small kitchen and a wonderful view. Restaurants are surrounded. On our check in we received some fresh fruits in our apartment from his garden and it was really appreciate. In another occasion, he gave us a ride and saved our luggage by the end. Parking lot is also provided but think twice. We do not recommend a car if you stay in Bol. Everything is walkable and the most nice places (in our opinion) in Brac are in Bol. We totally recommend this propriety!!!

Internet was really intermittent but it was a minor problem for us since we used our own internet. An idea for the future would be to have some towels for the beach (could be old/ not used anymore).

woke up every morning to the sound of swallows and waves lapping on the beach underneath our window - no traffic noise to bother us!

I’m struggling to praise this enough. if your in any doubt at all, just book it and make sure it’s the top floor apartment (it has the swing). Robert the host is top top. the apartment was spotless and just perfect. the view is perhaps one of the best on the island and is almost entirely unspoiled. We will be back ASAP

the only issue I had was the slightly soft mattress which for me was too soft and not comfortable (personal taste). same with pillows.
