The location was ideal for morning walks and proximity to amenities.
The keyed front entry. Sometimes it worked very well, others not so much. Perhaps a combination lock might be better.

The pool was nice but one afternoon they wouldn't let us use the pool area because of an "owners" function. As paying guests it would have been nice to know this in advance or we never would have stayed there. I received an email shortly after arriving that let us know that the pool area was closed on Thanksgiving afternoon. It would have been nice to be included in the function that took place. We were insulted! The appliances (fridge, stove dishwasher and toaster) were replaced recently.
Shower was old and gross. Shower head barely worked. Water sprayed all over the floor even when being careful. Water could be heard dripping in the walls. Towels were tiny and not very nice and not many of them. Washer dryer was tiny and old and gross. Ants in the kitchen, Geckos on the walls and floor. The worn out gross kitchen cabinets, ceiling fixture and kitchen utensils, pots and pans and cutlery need to be replaced. The blinds were all ripped and torn and the place was pretty filthy. Air conditioning for our unit and all the other units in the building was located on the roof above us cycling on and off all night. A/C controls were difficult to use.No restful
sleep possible. Ceiling fans were old and noisy. Bathroom fans from other units were also noisy and woke us up all night whenever someone below us used the bathroom. The tiny closet in the bedroom was stuffed full of things like a playpen, vacuum, ironing board etc. Absolutely no room to hang up the contents of one suitcase let alone two. Noisy birds occupied a tree next to the building we were in and were super noisy all the time.

It was quiet. Clean.
It would have been a professional courtesy to have in formed me ahead of time that there was no functioning elevator. I understand it is under repair, but I was on the third floor which made it challenging with luggage and groceries. Fortunately for the owners I am not handicapped.
I was disappointed with the lack of privacy of the lanai.
Bathroom bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc., were half full.

It was very clean, well stocked and quiet. Conveniently close to shopping and beaches, just a short walk.
The lighting in the bathroom, specifically over the sink is very poor.
