The condo was close to our reunion, which was in ponderosa park. It was nice that the condo was furnished with all the dishes, silverware, etc.

Getting into the condo unit was terrible. Your lock key box is a pain. We had a very difficult time getting into it & leaving & closing it up. Leaving, we called your customer service no. talked to someone in Iran or Iraq, 😡 they never helped or called us back. Called local no. in McCall, Idaho & thru were out for 48 hrs. Finally had to get a neighbor to help us both times to get into the condo & to leave key in lock box. Carpet was filthy. No way could you walk on it barefoot. It was disgusting. The check in time & check out time is Ridiculous !! Can’t check in til 4:00 pm. The day is half gone. For the amt. of money we paid is was terrible. We could have went to the Shorelodge Hotel there in McCall & stayed at a very elite hotel for the same amt. of money. Very dissappointed. I will never ever refer your company to anyone. !!!!

With cold Idaho Winter weather x approximately 8degree F. The bathroom had no heat. Kitchen light fixtures had 3 out of 4 light bulbs burned out , I had to scavenge bulbs from other light fixtures to illuminate the kitchen. Front door required two different keys to open. One for the dead bolt ( worked well ,) , one key for front door handset lock which didn't work well even after zip lubricated it . No towels or toilet paper in bathroom upon arrival. Had to finish drying the previous occupants laundry in order to have clean towels for me to use . Teflon Coated cookware in kitchen was badly scratched and pieces of teflon was coming off into my food . Not safe. All furniture old original, and dated , slip covers over old worn chairs , Super 8 motels have better furniture.

I liked the feel of home, having separate bedrooms, comfortable beds and a TV, and most importantly a washer and dryer.

Could not use the jacuzzi tub because there was not knob on the switch. The carpets really need a deep cleaning. To help facilitate keeping the carpets clean, it would be helpful to have a bench near the front door to sit on while putting on and taking off boots. That would be very, very helpful! It was also falsely advertised on the website that there was WiFi connection. Very disappointed that we could not access WiFi.
