The apartment was spacious and a good layout with a bit of money spent on more comfortable furnishings some quality crockery and utensils more intensive cleaning regime it could be lovely.

There was broken ornaments peeling furniture. No comfortable seating it has one 3 seater sofa that is not at all comfortable and won't accommodate 6 people.(not the sofa in the advert) Bottoms of curtains dirty, cracked window, burnt food left in pans, stained pans, holed bedding, grubby tea towels, stained and dirty chopping boards. This apartment is right next to a distribution centre that operates 24/7 beeping machinery, workmen on breaks, lots of noisy dogs in the surrounding area.

The apartment is located in a lovely quiet area. The apartment is a lovely size with two bathrooms. The apartment was very clean.

There were no written details about anything in the apartment. No shops close by - if you don't like walking then you do need a car for every trip however small. The kitchen was not very well equipped and there was absolutely nothing in the apartment apart from toilet roll. We arrived late at night and had asked someone to collect the keys earlier in the day. We arranged a taxi via booking.com but the driver did not have the correct address and the address we had been given was very vague. We would not have found it on our own or via the taxi driver.

No heat , we tried to contact the agency to solve the problem and nobody answered. It is not possible to pay as much we paid and in November not to have the heat. The apartment was described as noiseless instead from 6 in the morning we could hear the neighborhood as were in out apartment. Bad choice! The service of the agency very bad! I left them a message for the heat and the time we departure but after 2 days past our departure nobody answered, it is not the way!

There was a big mistake - we were given the wrong address for the apartment by Booking.com - we had arranged the taxi with Booking.com and the driver was excellent - he realised that the address was a villa and we had booked an apartment - he drove around and found the correct address a few roads away. We tried to contact the taxi company to change the pick up address for journey to airport but the phone number gave an automated reply in spainish that I did not understand. I tried to contact Booking.com but was unable to confirm that the taxi would be coming to the right address so decided to make our own way to the airport.
