The location.

Walking into the property at 2am, it was unlocked and all lights were on, made us uneasy.

Spacious and well equipped. Very close to Joshua tree national park entrance. Outdoor space. Must be nice for a family.

It could have been cleaner. The manager waiting inside with his dogs when we arrived was odd but he was he friendly.

Hot shower and comfortable beds. Tv options were good.

The place was dirty. Floors had a lot of dirt, hair, and crumbs on them. There were dead bugs. Dog hair on the couches. We weren’t too comfortable with the fact that the place was left unlocked for us to check in and the keys on the counter.

Todo perfecto.

Location was excellent. We could walk to shops, restaurants and the visitor center at the West entrance to the park. The place was relaxing, very clean, and perfect to come back to after a long day exploring J-Tree NP.

The only very minor thing I would suggest would be a new couch in the living room (the cushions have lost all support over the years) This is an easy upgrade so not even that important. Besides that, the place is the perfect desert rental!

Hôte malhonnête ! Nous avons constaté à notre arrivée l'état de saleté du logement !! poils d'animaux partout sur le sol et sur le canapé, les draps n'avaient pas été changés avant notre arrivée (présence de poils !!!), le sol pas balayé (encore une fois pleins de poils et d'insectes morts), les sanitaires non lavés (traces jaunâtres sur la cuvette des toilettes + poils). Nous avons contacté l'hôte qui maintenait par message que le ménage avait bien été fait tout en nous demandant de lui laisser une demi-heure pour tout remettre en état !!! Il a fini par se déplacer mais sans vouloir entrer dans la maison et là il nous demande ce que l'on veut qu'il fasse. Dans ces conditions nous n'avions aucune envie de rester dormir dans cet endroit, ce qu'on lui a dit. Il nous a alors proposé d'annuler notre réservation sans frais auprès de Booking pour pouvoir obtenir le remboursement. Ce que nous avons fait et depuis silence radio de ce Monsieur !!! Cette procédure est soumise à l'accord de l'hôte et après plusieurs relances il ne nous répond plus ! et Booking ne peut rien faire tant que l'hôte n'a pas confirmé son accord pour l'annulation sans frais et donc le remboursement! A fuir donc cet hôte est malhonnête et ce logement est déplorable!

Roy was great. The facility was great on the inside. The location was great. The furniture inside and the space and tv and all included was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated having air conditioners in each room. Great minimum kitchen appliances.

I hate seeing too much of anyone else's hair. There was a white dog or pet that stayed in our unit previously. That pet's hair was on the couch and in the smaller bed room on the pillow case sheets. The property was great for the value, and I truly thought it was great. I just think that after anyone with a pet stays there, that that person should pay for a better cleaning that has pet hair removal in mind. I'm not allergic to pet hair perse, but cleanliness after pet visits should be a priority. The only other thing that could be better is the driveway surface going into the Red Villa side. Even putting more dirt or rocks on the ground to even it out would be great -- the driveway fix is not a key factor, but the experience would be better if it looked more even. First, I like the value of your place so if the cost has to be driven dramatically up to improve the aesthetics, I imagine most would rather than the price. You know best, and I still highly recommend your place.

By car, the location is no problem, and you can see the stars at night.

The landlord is willing to help send back the two bags we bought in the Outlet, but the actual items have not been received, saying that they were sent away, but there is no trace of them, so we cannot track the delivery. We have not received the package when we went to the hotel in San Francisco, that is, the delivery address, because there is no express tracking number and we cannot find the so-called mailed package. Finally, after returning home, he asked the landlord that he did not return it, and then there was no reply.
