Bardzo uprzejmy właściciel, pomocny, kulturalny. W pokoju była mapka z najważniejszymi atrakcjami w mieście. Bardzo pomocne dla osób, które są pierwszy raz. Pokój był bardzo czysty, lokalizacja jest wspaniała (kilka minut na piechotę i już jest się na starówce). Polecam serdecznie każdemu!!

Close to the bus station (railway station is further away) if travelling on public transport you might be better off by bus which has direct connections to Prag

The owner is very friendly, explained everything we should know about attraction in Cesky Krumlov and so on.
We are big family traveller. The room are very clean. Apartment for 5 people has very nice view of old town.
Breakfast quality was good too, not vary but quite enough.
Just one thing is the heater and hot water on the 3rd floor room did not work for all day. There was stopping time.

The accommodation has a great position and offers for a cheap price a very delicious breakfast which guest are offered a huge variety of paninis, scrambled egg and different types of cerials.
The host is very friendly and open-minded and even speaks different languages. He is willing to make every wish come true.
Highly recommended!
Please keep in mind that this Penzion is located on a hill, if you plan to travel with impairment

Very kind staff with excellent homemade breakfast and products. Everything was fresh. Great limonades also homemade. We had perfect room with deer picture on the wall where we had direct access to really nice garden. We had minibar so we takes some beer and drink it in the garden. Room was nice and bed was fine with good mattress and really nice bathroom. Owners were really kind and helpful and they care of they visitors perfectly. Thank you both and we will return to this place for sure again.

Extremely friendly owners, clean and spacious room. Good parking place. Even with small children the centrum is at a cosy walking distance. Calm and quiet during the night.

600 metres from the bus stop. We had heavy luggage so it was very convenient for us. The old town is within a kilometre. Lovely, peaceful location with greenery all around.

I've been to Český Krumlov several times, and I keep bringing my friends with me so they know the town and the place I stay in. I keep coming back to Penzion TOP, because it is a safe bet for your stay.
There is a Vietnamese convenience store nearby, the location is quiet, there is a calisthenics park around as well, along with a cute lake and a good restaurant you'd love to eat in.
I cannot praise enough this location, and I'll definitely keep staying here.

Everything was so great! Home-style stay not far away from the old city, wonderful homemade breakfast.
Some small features could be added, for example night tables and shelf in the shower.

The place just had such a welcoming feel to it. The hosts were extremely friendly. I was traveling with my mother and the room was perfect with a balcony and on site parking. Modern bathroom with plenty of seating in the room. They had cute handmade lavender scrubs and painted rocks. Really just an amazing place. Breakfast was great, along with the homemade iced tea. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The apartment is excellent, with a beautiful view and has everything you need, including a safe. The beds and pillows are super super confortable. The location is excellent, very close to down town. Eve's attention was unbeatable, super friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and happy. I totally recomend it

The staff's friendliness and disposition was unparalleled, and the facilities were spotless. The distance from the center make is calm and relaxed without any annoyance, without making the walk too long. It is the sweet spot :)

Nice and clean room, excellent for a small family for a few days stay. The room is suitable for a small family for a few days' stay not far from the city centre. The owner accepts bank card what is not an average service in the area.
The table is too small, it is not designed to make/eat your own food here. Solving this problem the owner offers breakfast (what we haven't tried).

The staff members were quite helpful as they provided important details about the Krumlov city. The location is approx. 800 m from the main square. You can reach the main square with 10 minute walk. The room was clean and staff members were cooperative. The breakfast was € 6 per person but it was worth to have it.

Great accommodation, located in safe and calm neighborhood, 10 minutes walk to beautiful old city center. Comfortable rooms, very clean and quiet. Car park in front of the building. Very good breakfast, excellent handmade food.
Excellent communications with the hosts, they gave us paper map of the city with recommended local restaurants, which was very nice and helpful!
