Bright spacious interior, 12 hours of sunshine with some of the best views in Ibiza

Lovely villa high in the hills looking down on Cala LLonga. it is a 5 bed-roomed villa and we booked for 5 people. We were allocated 3 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite and 3 people sharing a shower. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Air-con in all bedrooms , but not in the lounge and kitchen. It's advertised as having sat TV- no English channels, only European ( not a problem as we were outside for 2 weeks, it would have been a problem if the weather was bad) Lovely pool and out-side space was really nice with plenty of shade and 8 sun-beds.

I paid £10,800 for 2 weeks, the 9th to the 23rd July. For that very large amount of money I got 3 double bedrooms, with one en-suite, 2 bedrooms sharing a shower and a separate toilet. On arrival we found that there was another 2 double en-suite bedrooms in the villa that were locked. I felt that was really mean and was disappointed not to be offered a second en-suite room. I was told that there was an additional cost for the bed-linen and towels to be changed during the middle weekend of our stay. I was charged an astonishing 125euros for this service. I've been renting villas in Europe for many years and have never been charged before- I think the hosts should have included this service as part of the charge for the rental.
