All the comforts needed for a great stay. The unit was very clean and exactly as described in the pictures. It was centrally located to all of the Ptown fun. Rich was a great host. He was very communicative , responsive and proactively checked in with me.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. My husband and I just returned from a 5 day stay and would not hesitate to book here again. The property was an easy walk to Commercial street, but the property itself was located on a quiet street overlooking a peaceful back yard. The unit was perfect for 2 people and stocked with everything one may need during their stay. Rich was attentive and communicative during our time there. If you book this unit you will not be disappointed!

This is a remarkable, beautiful, and fantastic property. The owner put a lot of thought and effort (appliances, furnishings, fixtures, etc.) into making this a place that you want to be in. The location is great too. The property is a short walk to Commercial St. and ideally located. My wife and I like walking or biking so we were happy to park the car for a week and get around under our own power. Did I mention the location is fantastic? It is. Great place to stay. Hope to get a chance to return someday.

We loved the condo and location - beautiful, fully equipped, and a couple of blocks from the town center. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and celebratory long weekend. Rich, the host, is very attentive and responsive. We will definitely be back!

This apartment is in a wonderful location, just blocks from the center of town. No detail was overlooked to make us as comfortable during our return trip to this property as enjoyable as our first stay was. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, oils, coffee, tea and more. The bathroom as well in case anything from home was forgotten. High quality furnishings, wifi and cable services for a rainy day (we visited during the winter on this trip) just added to our enjoyment. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Provincetown.

We stayed in this charming little condo to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. It was so cute and cozy, and perfectly positioned for a quick walk to town while still being quiet and quaint. Rich was a pleasure to deal with, we couldn’t be happier.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment close to everything! We were a short walk from the Ferry, the Pilgrim Monument, Cemetary, Commerical Street, breweries, restaurants, shops, bike rental, and more! And it was on a quiet street with a semi-private outdoor space where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Rich was also so attentive and welcoming and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great stay at this property. It was the perfect location, walking distance to the center of town but far removed enough that you were not in the middle of all the noise and late night shenanigans. Rich was wonderful and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

One block from the center of town but very quiet. Plenty of hot water for showers, and excellent central air. Kitchen is good for making small meals. Overall an enjoyable stay.

My partner and I had such a nice stay! It was clean, so close to commercial street, and the downstairs neighbors were lovely. It was the perfect getaway and Rich was so accommodating and responsive! Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I had a great visit in Ptown. This little apartment was perfect for two, great location within walking distance to Commercial St restaurants and shops, just around the corner from the CVS. It was a quick drive to beaches and the grocery store. We were able to sit outside in the yard, on the deck, and could have grilled a meal if we had wanted to do so. The apartment is tiny, but perfect for two. The only complication is parking and having to coordinate with another couple to make sure we didn’t get parked in during the trip. It worked well to text our plans a few times per day and we met a nice couple from NC that way!
