A gentleman was waiting for us to check-in and show us around even after midnight.
A place with spirit. Extraordinary furniture, spacious room with additional room for the toilet (sic!) Very pleasant terrace where one can eat breakfast.

Construction site next to the hotel was a bit noisy, but this is only a temporary niusance.

I loved the charm of this guest house and how close to the old town of Faro.Very friendly staff too.
Would have preferred it to be a breakfast brought to you rather than a help yourself.

Would be great if a double bed was not two single beds together - but the beds were still comfortable.

Room was very good with air conditioning.Beds comfortable, shower good and everything very clean. Breakfast was lovely, juice, cereal, tea, coffee, different types of milk, yoghurts, cheese, ham, jam and fresh rolls. You helped yourself. Kitchen, fridges, cupboards were all cleaned to a high standard.
The Guest House was located about 10/15 minutes walk away from the Old Town. It is perfect for an overnight stay and only about 10 minutes drive to Faro Airport. It was exceptionally clean and we will definitely stay here again if visiting Faro. A great find!

This place is an excellent location. Just a short 10-15 min walk from bus station. Location is near groceries and easy walk to the town. It has the feel of a bed and breakfast. The host Bruno is very helpful. The place has a kitchen and every guest has a shelve in the fridge.
I struggled with the room key, had to be in the perfect spot to work.

The staff was super helpful and nice. We could leave our luggage before checking in and were informed when our room was ready.
Room was spacious and clean.
Unfortunately the matress wasn't too comfortable..

Great shared spaces - living room has sofas and smart tv, kitchen was fully equipped). It definately made our stay more comfortable as the rooms are quite basic. Easy 10 minute walk into town. Enjoyed the self service breakfast, well stocked with various options and fresh bread. Self service check in was seamless.
When I booked, I was after free parking on premises. When we arrived, there wasn’t a dedicated parking lot, only street parking. Would be good to specify that upon booking.
When we arrived, no staff present to let us in. We called the telephone number and we self checked in. It was fine, however if guests are meant to self check in, perhaps provide door codes to guests prior to arrival.

Room was perfect and comfortable. Bed was firm and i had a good sleep. Also very close to everything and a perfect stop over hotel near the airport

The vintage decoration and Luda, the cleaning lady that also welcome us in a very warmly fashion although she cannot other language but Ukrainian.
The acoustic of the building. Guests arriving later at night 22:30 and 00:00 were very nosy. There is also a construction site beside but no loud works were going on during our stay.

A little walk from the city centre. Great breakfast, self service. The room was comfortable and they provided a baby bed too. Nice host!
There where a set of stairs, no elevator. A bit difficult if you have a pram or can’t walk well

In a great location with very helpful staff, the room was clean but very basic for a en-suite room. The communal areas were great with plenty of outside space.
I thought my room was over price compared to other towns and city’s within Portugal that we have stayed in over the last 3 weeks.
I thought the packed breakfast to take away was poor quality. When I did requested a take away breakfast and gave the property plenty of warning as we were leaving early for the airport.
With the priced paid for B&B we were very disappointed with everything for that price range.

If you wanna spend se time in Faro this place is amazing. It started with the check in - guy was super nice, gave us great tips, very good localization - walking 5 minutes from center, everything super clean, room with private bathroom which was bigger than the room :) we feeled very welcomed and safe

Absolutely loved our stay. First, the place is lovely. There is so much attention to detail that I really appreciated. Bruno was so welcoming and the communication was very clear. Breakfast was self-service and SO GOOD. Everything was labeled and organized. Great location too. just a few minutes walk to the city center.
