the room was clean
Our hotel room was in a different location than expected (across the road from the main facilities). We were not advised of this prior to arrival . Had we of known, it would have changed our decision to stay at this hotel.

Great location, easy to walk to the Espalnade.
It's an old hotel (at least the part where we were located), room demands some maintainance. And the internet was soooo slow! Couldn't get any work done from the room, as most sites took forever to respond due to the poor quality of the internet.

The room has mould on the ceiling. The room was very smelly. It has the smell of urine. The bathroom vanity has cracks.

The apartment was very roomy. The pool area was nice. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner.
It was noisy in the morning. Planes starting flying over at 6.00am. It was a little further from the town centre than I normally prefer but we wanted an affordable 2 bedroom apartment and this fitted the bill.

Great location for convenience, bus stop just short walk away. Close enough for a walk to esplanade and shops and entertainment.

no lift to the upper floor. no tv access - apparently not the fault of the property.

Friendly staff. Very nice balinese restaurant. We enjoyed eating there. The atmosphere is calm and cosy compared to the loud city center and the food much better than what you get at the Esplanade.

The pool, large rooms and comfortable sized beds.
Breakfast buffet selection was basic. Location was far away from the main streets of Cairns.

it was in the location we needed, close to Cairns Base Hospital. The attached restaurant is outstanding.
Rooms need a refurb. The furniture is old and has accumulated dust and grime. Our room was stale. Chatting with the front desk at check in, we were told they weren’t busy. then why were we allocated a room in a block behind the main complex, next to the service entry and rubbish pick up.

The air conditioner for the room is located in the master bedroom therefore if you close the door, the remaining area doesn’t get cool.

Great restaurant, location fab just a short walk to a great cafe/playground. Easy walk to the diary. Staff super nice coupons so enough for you. Highly recommend.

staff were lovely and helpful
very ‘tired’ in desperate need of renovation. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was renovated. Musky smell to the room indicating the age and condition.
