Понравилось без шуток буквально всё. Приветливые хозяева нам со всем помогали, например, выручили нас с разменом для таксиста, с поездкой в Гюмри, с вопросами о том, куда можно потенциально сходить и многими другими вещами. Завтраки вкусные и на удивление объёмные, комната приятная и просторная, повсюду в доме прекрасные картины. С отоплением никаких проблем не было, с водой тоже. Окрестности тихие, есть два киоска неподалёку и большой продуктовый магазин в десяти минутах. До центра легко добраться на 77 автобусе, который ездит каждые 10-20 минут.

Beautiful guest house and amazing house keeper.

The hosts are friendly and hospitable people. The interior of the house is very fantastic: lots of paintings. Facilities and breakfast are just perfect. Definitely would stay there again. It is just about 10-15 minutes by taxi to the city center

The location is not very central but it is easy to order a cab!

Cosy and very creative space owned by armenian artists and decorated with their paintings. Home breakfasts and useful advices included.

The hosts were super sweet, decent breakfast.

The mattress was poor quality, we could feel the springs, had terrible back pain during my stay, location requires taxis to get into town, no key for front door, so we had to call the host to open the door every time. Payment only cash.

A house with a soul! When you enter, you will directly discover art from the host and his friends and you will feel that the rooms etc were put together with lots of consideration. The guesthouse is outside Yerevan’s center, but you can get there easily with taxi apps (between 1100 and 2000 AMD depending on time). Very clean, very nice and accommodating hosts, homely breakfast and nice room!

Our stay there was very nice. Very polite and attentive hosts, good breakfast, rooms very well equipped and clean. We would love to come back there.
