Vous serez transporté dans le temps pour une sensation d'insouciance avec le mobilier vintage et les couleurs joyeuses. Tout est de qualité supérieure et confortablement pensé. La chambre principale avec un lit queen ouvre sur la salle de bain principale. La 2ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, un coin salon confortable et construit sous de grandes fenêtres. Il y a un 1/2 bain hors de la cuisine. Une grande cuisine ouverte et un salon / salle à manger sont parfaits pour le temps passé en famille, faisant de bons souvenirs. Le grand porche grillagé est un merveilleux répit pour un café matinal, un endroit parfait pour déjeuner et dîner sur la table de pique-nique avec le barbecue juste à l'extérieur, et un endroit idéal pour faire une sieste et lire. Vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir!
Il y a une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide qui s'ouvre directement dans le bain principal, parfaite pour une douche à tout moment et merveilleuse pour laver le sable d'une journée à la plage.

It was good, however the shower is a little sketchy high step getting in and out. Slippery footing, no grab bar. We were there during a cold snap and there are no blankets

We absolutely loved the cottage. It was very clean and so so cute. We stayed in the unit with the bed swing on the back porch and we really enjoyed that. We would recommend this rental very much and we plan on coming back and staying again.

We had such a nice stay and left wishing we could have stayed longer! The cottage was exactly as listed and a nice respite. While it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, after talking with some locals we were able to find a section of the beach where the waves weren't so rough for our 3 year old. I would book this location again in a heartbeat!

I cannot rave enough about this cottage. The best VRBO listing we have ever been to. Read on the porch swing, short walk to the beach, and enjoyed the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! Every detail of the cottage was well thought out. The master bed mattress was a little firm for me, but no problem:) I slept on one of the twin beds the last couple of nights. Evelyn was very responsive, and helpful! Stay here.. you won’t regret it!

This was a super cute cottage on Tybee Island. Just like the pictures. It’s a 2 unit home. It’s in a neighborhood close to the beach and a bike ride away from a beach concession with live music, drinks, and food. It’s close to other houses, if you’re looking for privacy this isn’t the place. But it’s clean, adorable, and has a great outdoor shower. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

I love this cottage. My daughter and I stayed at the Cottage on the Green B in 2021 & knew that we would come back again. There is not one negative thing to say about this charming, unique, & vintage place. As I opened the front door, I felt as though I was home again. The swinging bed is my absolute favorite place in the house to read & relax. Not even Hurricane Idalia could ruin the time we spent on Tybee Island. I can’t wait to be back again. Thank you Evelyn.

We stayed 3 nights in Savannah to tour SCAD & the city with our rising senior, then added a few extra beach days to our trip. This was small for a family of four, but it was PERFECT for a couple of days. Excellent location. Easy walk to beach, lighthouse, marine center, and North Beach Bar & Grill. Beautiful home with fun vibe. Loved the sunrise on the beach. Truly spectacular! Thank you for a lovely couple of days by the beach.

This was the perfect house for our Tybee vacation. The house was exactly as described. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was very convenient, close to the beach, the lighthouse and the park in the backyard was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my first stay at cottage B (I stayed in cottage A a couple times). It was a perfect retreat! Like cottage A, cottage B was well equipped, clean and charming! Nothing beats Tybee's North Beach for a quiet relaxing beach trip and Cottage on The Green is a perfect place to stay! I can't wait to return!

Location is convenient and in a beautiful area on the north side of beach. Cottage had everything needed for a great stay. This cottage house is actually divided into two apartments A and B so be aware of that when booking. Not whole house. But, cottage very cute and we had a great time.

Property and all the furniture, linens and kitchen items were great. Beautiful and very in character for a cheery, vintage beach cottage. A full-sized coffee maker would have been ideal but we made 2 small pots in the morning which was fine. The refrigerator door was a little tricky - you need to make sure it’s completely closed and could probably stand to get a quick peek from the owner. Screened in porches are amazing and the location can’t be beat. The cottage and a quick walk to Sea Wolf made the trip perfect for us. Thank you!

This house is charming and perfectly appointed to meet your every need. It’s tastefully decorated and so comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we loved walking 5 min to the North Beach Grill.

This adorable cottage, so thoughtfully furnished & close to the beach, was so wonderful that we felt sad to leave. A particular favorite of mine was the swinging bed. The location right next to a sweet park was also a bonus.

This is a great location just a couple of blocks from the beach, welcoming and very cozy. This is a duplex property with both being used as rentals. The screened porches, well equipped kitchen, and cozy cottage atmosphere are true highlights. Steps to the lighthouse and the famous North Beach Grill. Well appointed and Evelyn is a superb host answering every need.

In was quite adequate for 4-5 people and very charming. The only problem we had was the noise from the Frisbee golf course just behind the rental unit. People were playing loudly at 2:30am with glow frisbees and flashlights.
Great proximity for golf cart use and trips to the beach. Personally, I loved the sleeping porch - just bundled up at night.

We had an amazing stay in this cottage. Not only was the owner helpful prior to the trip with suggestions on where to go and places to see, but check in and check out were smooth. You have everything you need in this cottage and the place is exactly how it appears online - adorable, clean and a short walk to the beach! Tybee is such a cool town and this place I would highly recommend. Some of the local places we found were Salt Island Fish and Beer, Sundae Cafe (make reservations!) and Bubba Gumbos! Truly a slice og heaven, this island. Very chill and relaxing!

This sweet little cottage made my sister and I feel so welcomed and relaxed. That swinging bed on the porch is the most comfortable relaxing spot to read a book and hear the ocean waves in the background! Location was ideal, just blocks to the beach. Entertainment, dining, farmers market, lighthouse, shops also within a short walk. We’ll stay again one day…..we hope! Owners communication, response and suggestions were so quick and accurate. It’s so rare that a vacation rental booked online ever meets the expectations of the description and photos. But this home exceeded all we had hoped for! The house is so beautifully decorated, with such care and intention, it was a joy just to walk around in the space.
The huge windows with natural light, the amazingly comfortable bedding, the fully stocked kitchen with everything we could need, and finally the perfect outdoor bedroom, I can’t decide what I love the most!
Beyond the home, the beach was less than five minutes away by foot and the description of the park behind the house doesn’t do it justice. Beyond the yard is a gorgeous park with things to do for small children up to adults. A padded running path, a playground, an adult exercise area and a huge field made it feel like our yard was multiple acres.
Even before we left all of us were planning our next visit. What an amazing vacation spot!

We stayed at this lovely cottage 8 years ago and loved it so much we came back. We love this little cozy cottage. From the outdoor shower to the front porch, we felt comfortable and once again fell under the spell of the island.
We plan to return, hopefully sooner than 8 years!
