Olympus Resort was perfect for our short stay in Alba Adriatica to visit with family. We enjoyed the breakfast and staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were nearly new and the kitchen in the unit was well stocked.
Unfortunately is scraped up our rental car in the very tight and small underground parking garage. Totally my fault but a word of waning would have been useful about unless your automobile is smaller that the average Italian car, you should not enter the garage. Also, the use of the bicycles is allowed only when certain staff are available. We were told to come back at 2 PM to use the bikes.

Everything met our expectations. A meat/ protein should be available with breakfast.
Towels need to be an absorbent bath towel we are accustomed to in the US, those provided didn't meet expectations
