not the hotels fault but some very undesirable customers didn’t feel very safe in the beginning but hotel did their best to ensure safety. security were fabulous.

needs updating, has gone down hill since we stayed there last time.probably due to Covid and being shut down for so long.

Good location, many restaurants arround. The beach is 10 min walking. Have 2 pool. Have breackfast.

Need renovacion many thinks: shower, room.. Tv, internet sometimes was not good. But f this price i not complain.

If you want a room to stay in for cheap and don’t mind the state it’s in, it’s not bad I guess. Close walk to the beach and the pool is nice. Staff very friendly and helped us order Taxis.

when we arrived our towels were left from the last people (smelt of chlorine/were ripped and raggy). there was no soap in the dispenser for us to use. the bedding was stained and we were finding small bugs in them. the air con, tv and lights stopped working for a few hours one morning.

The room we had was next to the fish pond and the pool, it was a nice little spot. The staff were respectful. Location is good for Legian, not too far from the beach, nice restaurant at the front of the property.

There were leeches in the bathroom. The toilet leaked into the shower. When they cleaned the rooms, they started from the bathroom to the front of the room, and so every time we came back into the room, it smelled like the toilet. I asked them to clean it again, did exactly the same thing. The security was not adequate during the day, I had a driver continue to show up at the hotel door unannounced days in a row with nobody stopping him, so it was unsettling to know they weren't keeping track of people coming and going. The fish pond really needs a clean and someone to care for the many fish in there.

The layout is interesting, walking through the pool and garden to our room feels nice. The interconnected room is very useful for our family group. The pool is clean and warm, not too deep so great for kids. There's also a minimarket in the hotel with lots of travelling necesssities.

Telephone's not working, one of the AC doesn't work as good as the others, one lamp doesn't have a cover (?). From the start, our room (753) had cigarette smell, I think it's from previous tenants, need 1-2 days until the smell's gone.

nice area

no clean. hairs in the shower. towels looks dirty. I arrived late , the security guys wanted to keep my passport until the next day or else he did not want to give me the key of my room which is unacceptable. after 30min of discussion he gave me the key.

the spa is great, pool nice, staff friendly great location

dirty, sheets and towels thread bare, never any pool towels, mould in rooms, leaking aircon, toilets smells very dated and needs a good refurbishment
