Convenient location, central bus stop in few minutes, diners, stores and post office not far from the property, simple way to the waterfront (10-15 min by foot). Clean room and spacious balcony, garden around the house Host family were very kind and responsive. We enjoyed our stay
A fridge in the room would be nice, that's all.
And walking in this part of the city requires caution due to traffic, but this applies to almost the entire city

Hotel was really good. If you (like me) just need a place to stay and want to spend your whole day outside then this is the best choice you can make.
The staff is super friendly and really cares about your well being. They helped me get transport to the airport even though they didn't have to. Very good 11/10 would visit again.

Ideally located, great price with a swimming pool. But most importantly, the 3 brothers owners are very kind, helpful and here to make sure you have the best stay possible! They gave me a lot of tips & informations. I had a blast, I definitely recommend!
I just wish I had an air conditioner in my room.

I enjoyed everything about Villa Fortin Pension! 😀 Orhan, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful: thank you for everything!! The location is also perfect: just a few minutes on foot from the city center and quite close to the bus station. For sure this is my place in Kusadasi ^^

The owners were utterly FANTASTIC!!!
Great no frills family run place near mini buses that can take you anywhere.
A distance from the port but walkable if you have backpack and not luggage.
Only rated an 8 because beds were hard, AC extra and water not so hot but it is a budget hotel with a great pool and awesome owners.

This property is very close to the city centre, it takes ~15 minutes to walk to the city beach. It is clean, and private rooms has all necessary things.
It seems a little too pricey for this guest house in Turkey, but I guess this is due to Turkish holidays. Otherwise, within that period it turned to be the most optimal choice during high demand in terms of price and quality.
