Staff (Danila) and the Owner are very kind and giving warm welcome. Place is right in the city. Breakfast also included. Love the place.

The hotel is reside in a beautiful city surrounded by the mountains. There was a large room, with a big bath. Excellent breakfast. Free parking place.

Quite and clean room. The hosts are very welcoming. Breakfast had good variety of food. For any future travelers staying in Reydarfjordur, I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Location, as necessary for our trip. There was a glitch in the system of booking.com but Management sorted it out really well! That was good!

Breakfast was not maintained by staff, or better said, not present. Bread was out and no coffee, both machines were not working.

We arrived late at the hotel and it wasn't a problem. We got a large studio instead of a room for the same price!! Good breakfast.

Very unprofessionals, messaged them to ask about weather conditions and no one answer me back on purpose in order to not cancel the booking. The weather was terrible and it the place was not approachable for a tourist. When I asked who does manage booking they didn't answer. But they told me that the previous day(when I messaged them) the weather was really bad but they told me that on our arrival day they have cleaned the roads.... then they blame us that we didn't check road condition sites..... Also the rooms are next to the street and snow was in front of our door! Completely unprofessionals

Sandra was a wonderful hostess and made our visit great with some excellent stories. She made us a wonderful dinner and breakfast and made us feel right at home.

Everything was ok

All was good, lady in bar was very nice and helpful, got even menu in my language. Breakfast was good too, Good selection of food and all was constantly delivered when was finishing..

Only WiFi in our room was very bad. We managed on our 4G network.

The best was the location in a beautiful fjord. Hostel located in the city center, close to shops and restaurant. Very easy to head there, you can park your car close to the apartment.

It does not depend on the owners but next to it worked Industrial buildings, which made the sounds very annoying. Breakfast was not very varied, only few options for vegetarians. The group that ate before us finished everything, we waited a long time to complement the breakfast buffet. They have good coffee though.

Exterior may get you suspicious, but the rooms were very clean and overall very nice. Beds are comfortable. Hosts also hold a restaurant and are very friendly. Although the rooms are basically on the road, neighborhood is very quiet and we got a good night's sleep. You can park your car in front of your room which is always a plus.

The hotel was conveniently located along the road in a picturesque town with excellent vistas. This is a basic no-frills place, with the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was very good and well-presented.

The staff is very nice and friendly.

Above the bathroom. Both the shower curtain and the shower itself were very dirty. There was a lot of mold on the shower floor. Just use a sponge and some bleach please. :(

Breakfast in the nearby building was good.

Very basic motel, in need of revamp (especially the bathroom).
