Situé à Millcreek, ce charmant maison pour 104 € par nuit est un fantastique option pour votre prochain pause Ce chalet est situé au milieu de la vallée du lac Salé. Il est à 2 minutes de l'entrée de l'autoroute I15. Le centre-ville de Salt Lake est à 15 minutes. Les canyons sont à 15-20 minutes. Salt Lake City propose une excellente cuisine, de superbes boutiques et de nombreuses activités de plein air. Le cottage présente un décor moderne datant du milieu du siècle. Les meubles sont propres et confortables. Cette propriété est à distance de marche de Trax, les transports en commun. Il est situé à proximité d'une zone industrielle légère et de quelques maisons et appartements voisins. La piste Front Runner traverse un champ de l'autre côté de la rue et est desservie par un train occasionnel. Nous savons que vous apprécierez votre séjour dans un endroit aussi formidable que Salt Lake City.

Great location but is in a commercial area. Overall great and would stay again.

It is as the listing shows. Seems newly renovated and fairly clean. Location is nothing special and need a car to get anywhere. Functional and reasonably priced for a stay in the salt lake area.

I stayed in this home for two full weeks. The cottage/house was quaint. I enjoyed having a washer and dryer (although, differing from a previous review--there were no laundry supplies).
Just a couple of notes: the yard is overgrown--no grass, just weeds and rocks. I found it somewhat difficult to communicate with the owner/manager. Although he did advise me ahead of time that he would 'be away from reception' for part of my stay, he didn't indicate which days, nor did he leave an alternate point of contact in case I had any questions. I did have a question - and it took him ~4 days to get back to me. I ended up just buying stuff myself (trash bags).
The train tracks are right in front of the house, across the little street, with nothing between the house and the tracks. However, I will say that it didn't bother me at all (no horns or anything like that).
Overall - I liked the quiet of the street and being 'tucked away' somewhat. There are a few suggestions that I would make to the owner (bath washrags, bathroom floor mat (I had to use one of the four towels that were left), leave more than two rolls of toilet paper for a two week stay, etc.)

2022 Vacation Utah 4th of July weekend
It is a perfect cottage for my husband & 2 boys under the age of 5. Good price for our 3 night stay :) Beds we’re so comfortable! Having access to a washer & dryer came in handy 100%
Laundry pods were provided so I was able to wash our clothes and wash towels and linens we used . I would highly recommend this cute cottage for a couple or family of 4 👍🏻

I got to stay at the Murray Cottage for 3 months, so this little place really became home. I really like the spacious open home with a lot of natural light. The back deck was a really lovely feature especially in the late summer months. I spent a lot of time out there with a little folding chair that I picked up from REI. Bill was a great host. I reached out to him just a few times and he was very responsive. The neighborhood is not the most "walkable," but it is a REALLY convienient location in terms of getting around town. I hope that I have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

I got to stay at the Murray Cottage for 3 months, so this little place really became home. I really like the spacious open home with a lot of natural light. I reached out to him just a few times and he was very responsive. The neighborhood is not the most "walkable," but it is a REALLY convienient location in terms of getting around town. I hope that I have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

I love the word cottage, because although not a cottage, it was pretty small. It is what we needed tho! It was somebody’s fixer upper... You can tell it was a flip, but that’s okay! The only real problem were the water pressure in the bathroom and the hot 🔥 water in the kitchen. If I could’ve swapped the two, I’d have little to no complaints. The couch was probably the most uncomfortable thing I’ve sat on, but we tried to be out as much as possible. There was a weird camper parked about 20 feet from the house with a girl carrying a bat, 2 dogs and a weird dude so we had to cut our walks with our son short twice. Other than those few things, the stay was great.

Clean property. Good location.
The house is comfortable and within a few minutes of most things in SLC. Just a couple of small issues...... the WiFi signal is weak and we found ourselves mostly using cell coverage. I’m not sure if the signal is shared with the house next door or perhaps something was wrong with the router. Also, depending on the length of your stay, be prepared to possible supply your own household items i.e. trash bags, dishwasher soap, ect. As there was very limited supply and on a 6-night stay we ran out. Besides that, great value in a great city.
