The house is just great and the owner is so helpful! We loved the very quiet location, absolutely clean and cosy house and garden and the hospitality of the owner. He keeps in touch during all your stay and is ready to help anytime.

The gardens surrounding the property were blooming with color and the rooms were perfectly maintained and appointed. When I locked myself out the host came within 10 minutes to let me in. Very convenient to Old Town Chania. Be aware that the streets are narrow and partially obscured by foliage, but the isolated feeling is part of its charm.

The downstairs a/c wouldn't turn on, but as the upstairs unit cooled the entire apartment quickly (and my partner didn't want her room too cold anyway) I forgot to tell the management. Also, be aware that this is a lovely COMPACT space, as it may seem larger in the pictures.

The great atmosphere, decoration, great mattress, nice cool area, no need to turn on the air conditioning. One balcony and two verandas, fully equipped with kitchen. All was clean.

Just that its not so easy to go up the stairs every time you want to lie down in bed. It would be much more comfortable if it was all in one level.

We had wonderful 4 nights at this place and liked it very much. The house was super clean (cleaned every day) and well equipped. Communication was easy and very friendly. To reach the center you need a car, but thats worth it. The garden is beautiful and from the upper terrace we had a wonderful view over Chania und watched every single sunset. We had no problems with mosquitos, just nine or ten cats hanging around the entrance :) Thank you for everything, Andreas!

Beautiful location, among olive trees, scented jasmines, flowers... 10 minutes from chania. Very clean. Recommended.

Nice, green and quiet environment, super close to Chania and the beach. The beds were very good, terraces wonderful with a lovely garden and the house perfectly clean. The kitchen area has everything you could possibly need.

Perhaps the shower could have been a bit modernised.

The property has only 3 apartments but lots of outside space. The ground floor bedroom with shower room was ideal for our son. We used the upstairs bedroom with ensuite. Both bedrooms have their own balcony (ours had a fab view of Chania Town). The property is near the National Road so we were able to sightsee with ease. A car is essential for this property.

The mattress was a little soft for us which is unusual for Greece, but that is just our preference. Otherwise it was just great.
