Fantastic hotel.. very pleasant and friendly staff. The location is great to the ski lift and the spa is great!

The breakfast was superb! Great location. Walter was our hero on this trip. We accidentally left a bag on the train from Zurich with important ski gear for our planned ski tour in the Silvretta Mountains. Walter very generously loaned us his personal avalanche gear for three days so our trip could proceed as planned. He also recommended a very helpful app that was excellent in terms of navigating in the mountains. We are so grateful for his helpfulness and generosity. Also the bed was extraordinarily comfortable and the sauna was great.

Elevator didn't work that time, but as lady excused, it was just about to be repaired and we stayed only one night.
