Staff are very friendly and easy to talk to, very welcoming. The room was also a lot bigger than anticipated which was nice.

This hotel is part of a racing and gambling venue. This needs to be mentioned in the listing. Very limited facilities in the room.

Very nice staff and clean rooms
Bed was a little hard and struggled to get comfy with the pillows. The lighting in the bathroom could be better for applying make up.

Dinner in Restaurant was nice and staff were good
Didn't like the pillows at all, they were flat with no support, woke with sore neck. Curtain didn't quite close over for privacy from car park.

It was great to have breakfast included in the price despite it being limited in variety and in a small unstaffed space.

Shower to long time to heat up water pressure was not good have to get taxi to get in or out of there or get family or friends to come pick me up or drop me off. No public transport goes to mantra

Breakfast was great, bread is a bit old so it could only be toasted. but it's nice how everything is separated individually to avoid any cross contamination.
One guy at the bar at night time...friendliness is not his strongest suit.
